While all the homies were sleeping in till past noon, I got up earlier to visit the hot tub and pool deck at Palazzo, then found this restaurant in search for quality lunch. I was hungry so i ordered more than usual. To start, the service was nice and welcoming. I was brought water right away which I appreciated, and the server was friendly. The chicken tenders were definitely my favorite thing i ordered, they were perfect texture, perfect flavor, and worth going just for these.. The burger was very marginal, could have been taken off the grill sooner for more of a mid rare middle and some more juice. I visited on a Thursday night and ate at the bar. I ordered the Western 50/50 burger with tots ($19) and a Guinness ($10). Noah, the bartender, was not very friendly and would disappear for about 10 minutes at a time. He'd come back, seemingly busy, and would leave again. The burger was smaller than expected for the price and was overcooked. The tots were served plain and without seasoning. For $37 after tipping, I had really hoped for something better. Nade a reservation on a Friday night so we could partake in live band karaoke (again, if you visit their website, it's the most prominent thing they advertise), we asked the waitress where the stage would be, which is when she told us that they weren't beginning karaoke again until late in August. I will recommend this place on EVERYTHING. I was more than hangry after the BSB show and this place beyond delivered. Excellent food and so prompt and I am not exaggerating on the customer service. I irresponsibly left our concert cups at the bar and I called them once I realized my error. I left a message and they called me before they opened to tell me that they got my missed call and 100% kept our commemorative cups. After having a five star experience in the afternoon watching the hockey game, we went back for drinks and to listen to live music later that evening. We were beyond disappointed with our service. We sat at the bar and never received eye contact or even a greeting from the bartender. We ordered a mixed drink and beer which were served in silence and in plastic cups. After looking around and watching other orders, we realized everyone else received their drinks in glassware. To top it all off, we had to ask for our bill three times. We grabbed a quick lunch here. Located in the Venetian. From the looks of it on the outside you'd think it was a small sports bar. Once the hostess started to walk us to the back we realized it was huge! Very nice space with tones or seating and TVs. Great love to watch a game. They also have a small stage for live music. It's a bit harder to find a nice sports bar without a cover charge on the strip in Las vegas. Luckily the RockHouse is the answer to that question. This bar has many places to sit and enjoy the game. There are a multitude of TVs with every game on every sunday. I really appreciate their menu from chicken wings and burgers to a nice glass of wine. The service was very prompt and the food is tasty. This restaurant is tucked in side The Venetian but it's easily found. Highly recommend checking them out the next time you're there for hanging out watching the game. read more

We have sat at the Rockhouse enjoying our burgers when we were one of three tables listening to karaoke and getting major specials on Heineken after the F1 race first arrived in Vegas and screwed the local bars/restaurants. We have history with you. And you would not honor our reservation. So we found an amazing restaurant at BOA. The meal and service are incredible. If you want a less crowded sports book atmosphere, this is the place. We were trying to find happy hour places and they have one here until 7, although there aren't many offerings like other places. The entrance is almost unnoticeable and once inside, they take you back past the first bar to a second bar area with lots of TV screens. We settled on beer and although the bar was empty, the bartender was inattentive. I decided on the chicken quesadillas. Didn't wait long for food and the plates looked nice. Had an amazing two experience at The Rockhouse in Las Vegas this last week. Our servers **Jay** and **Kylie** were outstanding, providing excellent, speedy customer service throughout our dining and football viewing. From the moment we sat down, Jay and the other team members were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, chips and salsa, guacamole burgers, and pretzel bites, and every dish hit the spot. Paired with a variety of cold beers, it was the perfect game day meal. We came back a second time for the chopped salads! The venue is ideal for sports fans with numerous large screen TVs spread throughout, so no matter where you're sitting, you're guaranteed a great view. Plus, the location is unbeatable--right on the outside edge of the Venetian Canal shops near the Palazzo. Wanted good wings and based on the photos from google the wings looked good. The atmosphere is very sport bar vibes. Our server was attentive however when asked if the loaded tots were good, she replied IDK I don't like potato. I get it some people don't like certain food, but she could provide others feedback. ( not dinging her on that ) We were a party of 4. Two of us ordered the wings and the other two orders burger/ patty melt. The wings IMO lacked flavor and tasted a lot like oil. I had búfalo and garlic Parmesan. No flavor at all. The Patty melt when my husband opened it to see if there was the sauce a small little piece of meat was on the bread not even half a burger size meat. My friend gave his burger a 4/10. My other friend that had the wings stated the same, wings lacked flavor. As am writing this review I am still burping the wings ( I know TMI) and all I can taste is the oil flavored wings. I just like the rockhouse at the venetian, no specific reason to be honest. Its unpretentious and feels isolated from the casino scene when a repreve is in order. The Rockhouse is connected Oakroom at Grand Cannal Shoppe at the Venentian Resort on the Strip. This place is behind the Oakroom so it is kind of tricky to find (You gotta go through Oak Room Whiskey Bar). The place is spacious with Rock & Roll theme and quiet on Tuesday afternoon. This is one of the cheapest drinks and burger during happy hour! We sat on a booth, ordered the Burger set that comes with fries and soda which is $13. . The burger was with double patties and pretty well cooked and fries were hot and fresh. I loved it! Selected small size domestic beers and cocktails are $5/each. The server was friendly and checked on us frequently but there was an issue with my bill. He seemed to be new so maybe was confused about happy hour deal for beer. I was charged $8 for 20oz instead of smaller beer. I was not explained the price difference but he was willingly to fix the issue. This review is based mostly on the service. The tater tots we ordered were crispy and tasty and fit the bill for an afternoon snack, although we did have to ask for the ketchup. That's it for the food. Now the service. Dejanae seated us at the bar and let us know that our server would be right with us. Justy, the bartender/server came over and said she would be right with us, however she bagan clearing tables and waiting on others and didn't come back. After 10 minutes we asked Dejanae how much longer it would be to be served. She immediately went and spoke to the bartending staff. Thanks D. The Manager came over and apologized for the wait because 'they were slammed'. It was quite busy in this bar, and it seemed unorganized. Overall it was quite noisy too but it is a sports bar. He then poured our beer and took our order. Justy came over about 5 minutes later and started drawing our beer and noticed that we already had them. She then left the half glass on the counter for us and was going to take our food order. Of course that had already been done. Our tater tots took almost a half hour to arrive and were not brought by our 'server'. I understand that waitresses 'live off their tips' and it seemed that our server gravitated to, and paid close attention to those tables where only men were seated, perhaps for tips. Came here on a Thursday and Friday night during a bachelorette party recently. In my opinion it was one of the highlights of our trip. They had a live band karaoke and it was amazing. I think we were there the entire time both nights. My sister and I went up a lot. The band played great and they were very personable. Michelle P was our server both nights and she was so lovely and amazing. Give her a raise please! The drinks and the food we ordered were delicious. We got some of the $5 shots and some of the cocktails from the menu. They have standard "bar" food but the spinach cheese dip that came with chips and pita bread was particularly yummy. What a GREAT find during March Madness 2023! Jennifer is a fantastic leader as General Manager of a team of hospitality people who truly enjoy what they are doing. The food was excellent. We enjoyed lemon pepper dry rub wings and garlic Parmesan wings that were fairly priced considering today's market and the quality was great. Then my BLTA was just what I needed as I had missed breakfast but needed something to accompany the great Bloody Mary I ordered. My husband's turkey club was delicious as well. And then, after many basketball upsets and fun games on all the TVs, we enjoyed the churros with fabulous dipping sauces & ice cream. Our service from Chloe was the icing on the cake as she made our 6 hour+ stay amazing. We never wanted for a drink or water and realized she had many other guests who were equally as pleased with her great smile and efficient service.
