After walking about six or 7 miles on the Las Vegas strip we stumbled upon this gem for some all-American food. Friendly staff very informative. Stopped by this little food truck located at the Linq promenade because we heard the wings were good and they did not disappoint! The wings were fire ! I loved the dry rub lemon pepper. My cousin loved the wet buffalo wings. And the house special fries with Parmesan, cheese sauce, bacon and scallions are delicious!! This is not a healthy stop... it's for grubbing! Of course it was a tad higher in cost , but that's how everything is priced on the strip. They have several small tables for sitting to enjoy your meal. Great place to sit for people watching too. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. When I checked in, the room I was given was completely dirty, clearly not cleaned and obviously used by a previous guest. This is unacceptable under any circumstances. I contacted the front desk immediately, but instead of fixing the issue, I was forced to wait over two hours to be moved to another room. That level of delay shows a total lack of urgency and respect for guests. To make things worse, the new room did not have a refrigerator, a basic amenity that many hotels include. Additionally, my reservation was made through a third-party company that clearly advertised free breakfast and free parking, which turned out to be false information. The hotel confirmed that neither was included. Between the filthy room, the excessive wait time, missing amenities, and misleading reservation details, this stay was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After taxes the tray of french fries comes out to be $14.09. I went ahead and gave a $2.00 tip, but to be honest it's counter service so I probably shouldn't have. Open until 3am on weekdays and a whopping 5am on weekends, this is the perfect post going out spot. So its a food truck themed spot but there is an actual food truck here. Nice! Its located in an entrance at the Linq hotel/casino so the truck is technically outside. Pretty cool! This place is perfect for a midnight snack because they are open late when all the other restaurants around the linq promenade are closed. It's also stretched to the link so it's it's a little hard but it's right across from the cute bath bomb shop outside. Keep your eyes peeled! They had a lot of options involving cheese which thrilled me. I ended up going with the Alfredo Chicken Sandwich and that was absolutely one of the best chicken sandwich I'd every had. The cheese sauce complimented the perfectly crisped chicken topped with Alfredo sauce, chives, and BACON I was in love! The service was friendly the only thing that was a bummer is that you can not charge this restaurant to your room even if you are staying to the Linq. Not only the the price for 8 wings is 15 dlls, which btw you can not order 2 flavors (not even with the 12 piece order) wings were undercooked. When I let the person that took my order, she just went "oh yeah?!" and didn't do anything about it. If I would have known, I should have just order the hot wings and be done with it. For 35 dlls plus tip, as there is no simple order of fries to order with your wings, so you have to order a basket of waffle fries, which they were also either cold or warm but very crunchy. As if they have been sitting out there and they just tossed back into the fryer to warm them up. Walked around the LINQ hotel since I was craving fried chicken. Didn't find anything that seemed interesting until I was coming back inside and saw this food truck right as I was walking in. This is so cool!!! We were staying in this hotel(The Linq) and noticed a food truck inside of the hotel giving the outdoorsy feeling but staying warm while ordering. I used to watch Cake Boss religiously years ago so it's nice to see how far he's come. He not only has his food truck inside of here but he has another restaurant on the opposite side of the hotel as well. I was BLESSED to have met him in person and I'm a little embarrassed at how I was kinda screaming like Mariah when I seen him. I was like a kid in a candy store, filled with excitement. Surprisingly came across this place during one of our late night adventures! We were walking back to our hotel from one of the bars in one of the other hotels and stumbled upon this food truck. I was just going to eat my leftovers but grabbed a few bites of my bf's order. He ended up ordering the Hoboken Style Crispy Chicken Sandweeech which has Garlic-chili aioli, vinegar pepps and onions. It was honestly the perfect little grab n go that we've had in a while. Unfortunately they didn't have a box or bag for us to carry it so it was a struggle walking back to our hotel with other stuff in our hands but once we finally made it back to enjoy, it was pure perfection. This food truck is located at the Linq Hotel and Casino, just inside the entrance from the Linq Promenade. It's centrally located and easily accessible, but that's where to "Pros" end. I ordered the Prosciutto and Mutz (mozzarella) sandwich. When placing the order, the person at the register stopped and said "It has cheese on it", as if to warn me. When I responded by saying I understood, she asked again if it was okay that it had cheese. I can read, so I'm not sure why we had to go around with this topic twice. Well, I hate to say it, but this thing was nothing but a big pile of grease. The entire sandwich, bread and all, was deep fried. I'm not from New Jersey, but I can't understand how anyone could like it. Plus, there was only one very thin slice of prosciutto, so the star of the show was barely there.
