Thinking that was our issues, come Halloween night we heard a loouuud noise in the attic as if it sounded like large raccoons were fighting. Then realizing our pest issue wasn't over. At this time it was almost 9pm so I searched 24/7 pest control, and called almost all of them with resulting in 0 help or calls back. I was determined to find someone and came across Potter Pest Prevention, called and immediately picked up, told him my issue and said he didn't have anyone that could go out that night but to send over my info and he'll contact me in the morning and he sure did! I told him my availability that day and they agreed to come later that day when I was free. When they arrived I told them what happened so they looked around so they could give me an estimate and also offered another service I never would have thought of. The next day I got an invoice for the service and pricing was totally reasonably as well as booking them. The number I called originally his the owners personal number so communication is excellent. They're are only two guys, one being the owner, Joe and his partner, Josh. Very trustworthy, friendly, 100% reliable and definitely recommend!

Not only did they come out the next day but they charged me...$275. They've been out 3x's setting traps and sealed all the holes around my house. He mentioned that he was aware of how many people use scare tactics to charge unnecessary services. They don't operate like that. They've been in the business a very long time and know their business. The owner and his son were extremely professional and walked me through the entire process. I even added their annual service which is pet friendly and if I have any issues after my annual treatment, they take care of it at no charge. That's a fantastic deal! Our first encounter was seeing fairly large bugs running across the floor. My wife screamed and said "WE'RE OUT OF HERE!". I quickly call my friend who lives in the same park and he suggested to call Dave Sr. owner of "Bug Out" and gave me the number. I called and explained the problem and he immediately came out and identified them as Palmetto Bugs and quickly treated our house. He said it might take a few days but if we continued to see them call and he would come right back. My wife insisted that after one days she saw another. So to keep her happy I called and he came right back out and did another treatment. Then they were all gone and have been ever since. Recently we encounter very tiny bugs on the counter top so we called "Bug Out" and they came right out. Dave identified these as German Cockroaches and explained their origin and reproductive habits. Also they might have been brought in on some of the leafy vegetable we bought. Anyways he treated and baited with precision and now they are all gone. I don't normally write reviews but after recently receiving a flyer from a Big Brand Name bug company franchise operator making goofy statements about their service it inspired me to do so. Remember, anyone can buy a franchise if they have the money whether they personally are any good or not. The name may have a reputation but the operator doesn't. Dave Sr. explained that "Bug Out" is a family owned and operated business. We have now been loyal customers for well over 10 years. They have constantly expanded over the years but still kept the personal family touch and always take the time to answer any questions we might have in full detail. I can not say enough good things about Dave Sr., his son Dave Jr. and their whole "Bug Out" team. They are truly knowledgeable professionals in every aspect. I love that he always showed up when he said he would, friendly and professional. His game plan was very organized and solid - seal up any possible entry points from under the house and check the soffit and roof to make sure there were no entry points there. I also appreciate that he never gave up, even when the critters got sneaky and decided to use a decorative front column to bypass the other measures and sneak in.
