Couch's does the tenting themselves, so not only are they more familiar with the work involved, you also end up saving $$$. Donnie was my point of contact and he answered all my questions (and I had many). He also provided me with the special bags to store my food items, and gave me tips on how to best prepare my home for treatment. (I was able to save a prized plant on the side of my house thanks to him not overlooking even smaller details.) After spending approximately 48 hours away, I returned to a home FREE OF TERMITES, with no issues whatsoever. This was a major deal for me and a huge pain in the a$$ and I'm glad I had Couch's to rely on.

While he was in my home I offered to pay with my credit card he said to call the office to pay. He mislead me to think they accepted credit cards. When I called to pay my bill the secretary was rude and seemed to think it is acceptable, good and normal for a business not to accept credit cards. I was at no point informed that the ONLY payment options were check or money order. I usually choose to use family run businesses because I believe in supporting small business, but this company seems to think that "old school" means misleading and inconveniencing their customers is ok.
