They had all the shoes we wanted to compare and Sean was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had and even ones we didn't know or think to ask. Any options she knew she wanted to try were brought out and even a few more to make sure she was satisfied with her choice. Sean was personable, patient and eager to help. After the custom fitting, he suggested for her to move up a half size from what she'd been wearing. She has a history of foot issues and I was excited to see how this would help. One day in and she's noted that she's much more comfortable. Sean seemed to really care about making sure we chose the right shoes and gear and we were never rushed. From start to finish, I can't think of another time I was this impressed with the level of service received. After looking around for half an hour, I asked one of the employees if any of the cards behind the display cases were for sale, he had to price them out, but was willing to pull any out that interested me. I had him pull out my grail - an EX/NM 1st Edition Dark Charizard from Base Rocket and he gave me $50. I decided it was too good to pass up and he rang it up for me.
