We had Rolling Feast at our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made! The food was incredible (we had burgers, chicken taquitos, and a salmon salad) and our guests are still raving! Tom and Cheryl were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They responded quickly to every email/call, showed up on time, took care of everyone quickly, and made the food the highlight of the night. We are so glad we chose Rolling Feast! Had my first taste of Rolling Feast's Southwest-inspired fare (using local ingredients) at a bank promotion. Surprisingly prompt service. Super-savory flavors in a Vegetarian Enchilada loaded with black beans, corn, eggplant, squash, tomatoes, and topped with fresh pico de gallo. Bursting with flavor but almost too heavy a meal for lunch. Also tasted the Quesadilla made with Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, Prosciutto, lightly toasted and served with a sour cream-based sauce on the side. Would love to try some of their other creations (seen other website)...but today was a limited offering. The locally sourced fresh veggies and made-in-truck rolls and dishes are just what a lot of us foodies are looking for. I've eaten here a couple of times. I had the chicken nachos and the grilled chicken salad. The nachos were great. It was full of flavor and the portion was more than enough. At a later time, I ordered the salad. The salad was ok. It had spring mix, sliced red onions, a large chicken breast, and some other accompaniments. As a dressing, it included a basaltic vinaigrette. It was ok. Aesthetics aside, it wasn't something I couldn't have made myself. Hence the 4-stars. read more

Again this place hits the spot! I really only eat from a few food trucks in town and this is my go-to if it is near. I hardly ever pass them up, and the line might be long, but it is worth the wait. I have had the quesadilla, the chicken nachos, tasted the fresh cookies, and really enjoy all of them! I am sure the fries are good, they smell good, maybe someone will split them with me one day because an entre really is filling here. The chicken nachos are FANTASTIC. Great value for the price and the portion was huge. It had a ton of flavor, and I am very satisfied.

I had the salmon to stay as with apricots and slaw today for lunch. Yum yum! Great portion size for the cost, perfect salmon and the apricots (they may have been pickled?) took it to the next level. Really enjoyed. read more

The Rolling Feast has the best nachos in Nashville. Most nachos you get elsewhere pile up some chips and then put (processed) toppings on top, leaving the bottom chips untouched by the toppings. Not at Rolling Feast. They make a lower layer of chips and load it with fresh toppings, THEN put on more chips and load them with more fresh toppings! Every chip has toppings for you to enjoy. And their poblano crema is ridiculously good. You need these nachos in your life. read more

Giving you 411 first on what you want to really know. CHICKEN NACHOS!!! YOU Won't be disappointed, friendly staff and they have a book of Nashville Food Trucks. Fair price, great food. Now for the story. I am sooo very surprised this place has not been reviewed more. My office literally were like puppies when they were coming 1 time. We get a Food Truck 2 times a week on and off depending on when they can come. Our office is in a strip mall and sometimes larger areas win out. No one can blame any Food Truck for having favorites. So this The Rolling Feast made such an impact on our company we had them cater an event after a project. This was a big deal! Every person wanted this truck. When I joined the team, the food trucks would come and go and some teammates would get lunch. When the Rolling Feast came along, I got literally PUSHED out the door. We had some people from out of town so I grabbed them as well. During the 3 minute walk across the the way, the team told me how much they loved the Nachos. We had about a 10 minute wait in line and probably another 5-7 minute wait for food. I don't remember exactly, I was looking at the Nashville Food Truck book, so my time was spent between chatting and reading. Mulitasker and not good at it. Food came, and it was amazing. I did not get a pic, I do that. I dive and forget the Yelp pic. Nachos had LOTS of chicken and very good melty cheese and Jalepenos. I can't spell them and I don't eat them. soooooo. the Nachos were perfect and FILLING. I think they were about 8 dollars and compared to many other places this is fair and even bigger. Not like a fair price in an establishment where you sit down and they are smaller. They also peppers, lettuce and tomato. Extremely disappointed with this business. I wanted to use this food truck for my wedding. I had spoken back and forth several times with the owner, Cheryl in regards to the wedding. I was very excited and said I wanted to use them. We discussed the menu, she sent me the information for payment, we talked about what would happen if it snowed, and I thought we were all set. Then, about 2 months after I thought we were all squared away, I received an email that they booked a cooperate event on my wedding day. I had not paid the deposit yet because they did not specify when it was due, but after all the emails and calls between Cheryl and me, they both should have understood we were using them. Instead of calling me to ask if we wanted to move forward with the deposit and book them, they went ahead and booked someone else. I would understand if I had not specified SEVERAL times that we were for sure using them. I will never recommend someone who does this to their customers. Any other good business would have followed up with me before booking someone else. read more
