The inspector tested the AC unit, despite my protestations that it was 50F outside and could damage the unit. His response was that I did not know what I was talking about 4. The inspector removed and did not replace insulation in the attic. 5. The inspector left trash in the house (boot covers) and refused to remove them. 6. The inspector took 5 hours out of a 4 hour appointment and refused to leave the house when requested at the end of the appointment. I understand there can be differences or opinion and conflicts when opening up your house for an inspection by a supposed professional...but this goes beyond unprofessional.
