It turns out the acrylic paint they used on their foam was not that great. I've been painting it myself with silicone roof paint, but the leaks finally caught up to my efforts this past winter. We chose 99 Restoration because of their good reputation, and they did not disappoint. Tyler was helpful and responsive to questions. They waited for the right weather to do the best job possible. The polyurea lining on top of the new foam roof seems super-durable, and I feel I can sleep peacefully while I'm listening to the rain fall on our roof. He found the problem right away which was cracked stucco on our parapets. He repaired all the parapets and fixed the inside roof. We also had them patch the cracks in the stucco on the entire house.
