Their prices were coming up higher than the other place but we showed our invoice from the other location and they were able to price match! They have deceptive ways to obtain signature…read more I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience with ROYAL Furniture, and I would strongly caution others before doing business with them. I purchased furniture from them and trusted their team to deliver and set everything up professionally. Instead, their delivery team damaged my rug during the delivery process. What makes this even worse is how the situation was handled, which felt incredibly deceptive and unprofessional. The delivery driver did not disclose the damage when it happened. He covered the damaged area by placing a mat over it so it would not be visible. He then asked me to inspect the furniture and sign the delivery confirmation. Only after I signed did he call me back and say he wanted to show me something. That was when he lifted the mat and revealed the damaged rug. This means the damage was knowingly concealed until after I had already signed, which is extremely dishonest, deceptive and unacceptable. He knew I would not sign that if I had seen the damage After I reported the issue, the company acknowledged responsibility and stated they would replace the rug. Since then, the experience has been exhausting. I have had to drive to their location myself just to follow up on a problem they caused. They scheduled appointments to come fix the issue, and I canceled my engagements and stayed home waiting, only for no one to show up. No updates, and no accountability. To make matters worse, the person who was supposed to come attempted to call me around 7 p.m. on Friday, which was never a properly scheduled or agreed service time. That is not professional and shows a complete disregard for a customer's time and boundaries. I have continued calling for updates and a resolution, and I have been met with excuses. Despite admitting fault, there has been no confirmed replacement, no repair, and no reliable communication. It genuinely feels like this situation is being treated as a joke rather than a serious damage claim. A company that hides damage, deceives clients into signing documents waits until after a signature to disclose it, and then fails to honor its promise to fix the issue raises serious concerns about trust, integrity, and professionalism. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue formally, including pursuing a dispute with my bank for services not properly rendered and filing complaints with appropriate consumer protection channels.

    Please DONOT BUY FURNITURE AND ESPECIALLY THE WARRANTY FROM VCF…read more I brought a leather sectional in June of 2024 total over 10, 000 with other furniture and the pure promise protection warranty. the first issue was that the delivery was delayed several times. Less than a year the section with the right recliner was very close to the floor and the l recliner charging station was damaged on 2 separate occasions. Both were fixed by the same guy(the part for the charging took so long that I had to call the store to see what was the hold up and of course they never ordered the part.) Fast forward to November 2025, now I have an issue with accidentally stain on the r recliner. I accidentally use bleach to clean a stain and soil which let the couch discolored. I immediately called the warranty company for a claim. let's start with the tech and his arrival. my appointment was set for a Saturday from 1pm-5pm. At around 4:30pm ish I received a text message telling me that he has car issues but it was fixed and hell let me know when he is on his was. I replied do you have an eta? he replied if you want he will come on Monday. I replied what time and will there be another 4 hour window? he replied I will be there in 35 minutes. At around 5:30p.m he arrived. Now this is supposed to be the warranty company tech, but the technician is the same guy that came and fix my furniture from the store. (it seems that the company is the warranty service). Okay he finally arrives, took a picture and left it was about 2-3 minutes (wasted my day for 2-3 minutes). As I watched him leave I see the driver standing outside of the car smoking. Before the driver get in the car he throws his still lite cigarette in my driveway. Of course I went out put it out and pick up the cigarette and threw it in the trash. I don't smoke so I don't want cigarette butts on my property. Monday I receive an email from the warranty stating that my claim was denied. Of course they used their terminology to their advantage. Like general soiling, and accumulation of stains. That is why I purchase the warranty for those reasons. Of course I appealed their decision and from the reviews on here I will expect for their denial to stand.     EDIT AFTER RESPONSE…read more Yes Chris, it's true. I did read and acknowledge that I signed a piece of paper that sales are final on the adjustable bases. Forgive me for assuming that excluded a base that doesn't work properly which was also a required purchase with the mattress we chose. I'm requesting the base be taken back because it literally doesn't work. Any company that won't take a defective product back is not trustworthy. -- ORIGINAL REVIEW DO NOT buy from Sleep Number. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to unless they take back the defective adjustable base they sold me. We originally checked it out because of an ad showcasing partner snore. This does not work as advertised and the bases are WAY louder than in the store when adjusting. That goes for the mattress as well. The feature where the bed is supposed to auto adjust based on your movements while sleeping has woken us up tons of times. There is a 100 night trial, but you still need to pay $250 for them to come pick up the mattress even for a refund. And they won't take back the adjustable base at all. EVEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK! And the adjustable base is the only one you can buy for the bed we bought. So we had no choice. I understand that I signed a piece of paper that says sales are final on the bases, but I figured that was t the case for a defective product. Not being able to return an adjustable base that one even go fully flat is incredibly anti-consumer. Again, do not buy anything from this company. You'll be out thousands of dollars and get worse sleep.

He said no problem. Even talked us into buying sheets for the queen bed that won't pop off when one side is up and the other is down. The bed arrived and it is NOT the bed we ordered. We called to tell the manager the wrong bed arrived. He said they don't make the bed with an adjustable split mattress in a queen. WHAT??? Also, that we have to wait 30 days to return the bed and have to pay $500. AND he told us no one makes a split mattress queen bed... another lie... tempurpedic sells it. These people are untrustworthy and this company has HORRIBLE customer service!

We were told they hold up to 350 pounds which we are no where even close to that weight and assured this was a quality brand that would last . It's just myself and my husband and we take extremely good care of our things. After purchasing we noticed a tear in the corner top on the end recliner which a repair guy came out and fixed. It is now a year in a half old . Recliners are sinking into wood, cushions in foot rest all sunk. One of the regular cushions that's probably has been sat on a hand full of times was ripped, and corner that was previously repaired came undone. Was extremely disappointed as it wasn't a cheap sectional. Called several times and waited over a month for a repair guy to come out after first guy never returned a call or showed up. Owner finally sends a different repair guy who came out. We explained the problems. Since it was sinking in he decided to put in a different foam that was thicker cause it was still doing the same thing with the stuffing that was in it originally after he added more in. Had me sit on it for a min which is hard to tell. Called him back after a day cause myself nor my husband could sit on it without our backs killing us cause it was so hard and different material. Also I had mentioned that since he put that in the end recliner was making a banging noise. He came back out and pulled out the thicker foam and added some other foam. The sectional is still sinking in a we were told noise from end recliner that was never there prior to him coming was a weight distribution problem, and nothing could be done. We were also told to buy lumbar cushions for our backs. He also told us we could add more foam. We didn't buy a couch to be adding foam to it, as we are not in the furniture repair business. After he left the first time he called me back cause he forgot to tack material under foot rest so was headed back. I called the owner back to let him know how disappointed we were. He was extremely rude telling me why would we call repair guy back after it was fixed and we signed paperwork that we were satisfied. Obviously no communication between them. I explained that I literally sat on it for less than a minute after he was done. He was well aware I had foot surgery and had to be on the couch. I was more than patient waiting over a month for someone to even come out. Every time I called back the owner would say I can't believe he didn't call you I'll email him again. The end result was we were told if we wanted it fixed he would send somebody here and we could pay for it! We are now stuck with this sectional that we have to put pillows behind our back just to sit for a short period. This has put a lot of mental stress on my healing process. We will never purchase another item from this business again. Make sure to get in writing the broken promises when you purchase.

They immediately go through this whole process where you fill out this form to determine which mattress is best for you, and coincidentally all the mattresses it recommends are well over $2500. They put so much time into this process you feel pressured to say yes to whatever they want to show you, and some may even feel pressured into buying a mattress they might not even want. I got so frustrated by the condescension of the salesperson that I legit started to walk out, and then all of a sudden they were willing to negotiate with me. Seriously recommend starting negotiations at like half the listed price here, they are super over priced. And they will tell you, "that's just the price of mattresses, all the other stores will do the same thing". But then how come you guys were eventually willing to lower the price? You certainly wouldn't sell a mattress at a loss. Why make people go through this whole fiasco? So don't go here expecting a carefree time unless you are comfortable paying whatever obscene price is listed. You will have to negotiate tooth and nail, and be 100% prepared to walk out at any point, just like at a car dealership.

Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! I've been in my house long enough to replace the appliances I bought previously. Since most places that used to sell appliances no longer exist, I feel Abt is the lesser of the evils, better selection and employee knowledge than the big box stores. I don't usual have a positive shopping experience at Abt. I'm mostly ignored and always have to ask someone to help me. I only go to Abt when I need to purchase something so it's ridiculous no one approaches me. Luckily my most recent visit was a positive one. I had to buy a new dryer and didn't know which one to buy. Rodolfo Alvarez was the sales rep that APPROACHED me. Rodolfo was kind and a great listener, I told him what was important to me and he showed me my options. He helped me settle on a LG dryer that I wasn't expecting to choose, but based on what was important to me, fit my requirements the best. Another couple was listening in and based on what he said, I think they decided to go with the same one. I felt bad he couldn't help us both since he should have gotten credit for the other sale as well. I told Rodolfo next time I need something at Abt, I'm calling him. Five stars for Rodolfo! I knocked off a star due to all of my previous unpleasant experiences at Abt.
