We were told they hold up to 350 pounds which we are no where even close to that weight and assured this was a quality brand that would last . It's just myself and my husband and we take extremely good care of our things. After purchasing we noticed a tear in the corner top on the end recliner which a repair guy came out and fixed. It is now a year in a half old . Recliners are sinking into wood, cushions in foot rest all sunk. One of the regular cushions that's probably has been sat on a hand full of times was ripped, and corner that was previously repaired came undone. Was extremely disappointed as it wasn't a cheap sectional. Called several times and waited over a month for a repair guy to come out after first guy never returned a call or showed up. Owner finally sends a different repair guy who came out. We explained the problems. Since it was sinking in he decided to put in a different foam that was thicker cause it was still doing the same thing with the stuffing that was in it originally after he added more in. Had me sit on it for a min which is hard to tell. Called him back after a day cause myself nor my husband could sit on it without our backs killing us cause it was so hard and different material. Also I had mentioned that since he put that in the end recliner was making a banging noise. He came back out and pulled out the thicker foam and added some other foam. The sectional is still sinking in a we were told noise from end recliner that was never there prior to him coming was a weight distribution problem, and nothing could be done. We were also told to buy lumbar cushions for our backs. He also told us we could add more foam. We didn't buy a couch to be adding foam to it, as we are not in the furniture repair business. After he left the first time he called me back cause he forgot to tack material under foot rest so was headed back. I called the owner back to let him know how disappointed we were. He was extremely rude telling me why would we call repair guy back after it was fixed and we signed paperwork that we were satisfied. Obviously no communication between them. I explained that I literally sat on it for less than a minute after he was done. He was well aware I had foot surgery and had to be on the couch. I was more than patient waiting over a month for someone to even come out. Every time I called back the owner would say I can't believe he didn't call you I'll email him again. The end result was we were told if we wanted it fixed he would send somebody here and we could pay for it! We are now stuck with this sectional that we have to put pillows behind our back just to sit for a short period. This has put a lot of mental stress on my healing process. We will never purchase another item from this business again. Make sure to get in writing the broken promises when you purchase.

He went as far as to physically measuring a sectional that we were interested in and writing down the dimensions so that we could go home and make sure we were making the right selection for our family room. He did not once make us feel like he was just another pushy salesmen just trying to get a sale. Due to covid and the shortage of furniture he let us know what he physically had in stock so that we were not waiting months for furniture, while still meeting our wants/needs. When came time for delivery he was able to get us SAME DAY delivery and set up!! We bought quite a bit of furniture here for our new home - couch, love seat, chair, coffee and end…read moretables, rug and a dining set. We worked with Janessa, and she was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had by email, phone or while in store. She was glad to help us price out the different pieces and helped us decide when we should purchase based upon what specials they were running. We were able to get someone to come out to the house and measure so we could decide what size couch we wanted to purchase. The pieces came and they are lovely. The coffee and end tables do wobble a bit, but since we have hardwood floors we can't tell if that's due to a dip in the floor or uneven legs on the table. Delivery is kind of a pain - apparently they're only in this area once per week or so, so you can't select a delivery date/time that's best for you. If Thursday is the day they're in town, then you have to be there Thursday or you have to wait until another time they deliver to your area. They call the day before with a 3 hour delivery window. My disappointment stems from a problem with the dining set we ordered, which is why this rating is in the 3 - 3 1/2 star range instead of the 4-5 star range I was anticipating. We placed the order for our dining chairs with someone other than Janessa, and instead of getting the chairs we wanted - upholstered seat and back of chair - we received chairs that have only an upholstered seat. Looking at the paperwork, it has item numbers and the description "upholstered chair". Of course, we are not familiar with the product numbers they use, and we assumed it was properly written down since we had discussed it with the employee and it said "upholstered side chair"; unfortunately, we now have $1900 worth of dining chairs that aren't what we feel we ordered. I called to clarify and spoke with an employee who read the description herself, and when I explained the problem of upholstered seat versus full upholstery, she said she'd need to do some more research and she'd call me back; I can only assume this means that she, too, might have thought that "upholstered side chair" meant the same as I did. When I received a call back, it was from the employee who took our order for the chairs (a different employee than the one who said she needed to do more research). She said that though it was a while back (the order was placed the first week of August, and was delivered today), she remembered we were undecided because my boyfriend wasn't sure he liked the zipper seam down the back of the back-and-seat upholstered chair. Actually, I was the one who was unsure about that feature, but the comfort, style and contrast of the fully upholstered side chair outweighed any hesitation about the zipper-to-nowhere. While the chairs are nice, they aren't what we had intended or expected, and it's a bit of a bummer that it turned out this way. I'm not sure if or when we'll head back to Thomasville as we continue furnishing our home, in light of this error (how can I expect to understand what they're ordering, if the description sounds like the correct item but apparently isn't?). As I mentioned, while the pieces are quite nice - and all the other furniture appears to have come out right - it's kind of disappointing to be stuck with something that was, in our minds, second best.
