Not a great place if you want to hang out after you get your drink. Unfortunately, they were out of tapioca and weren't going to have any for about 30 more minutes. The girl working was very friendly. We didn't want to wait, so I ordered without and my friend got coconut jellies instead. The drink was a good size and tasted nice, sweet but not too sweet. The coconut jellies were a bit strange. Didn't taste great, and they were a rectangle shape which made the texture a little odd. A bit pricey (about 9.50 after tip), but to be fair, this is more of a problem with coffee and tea drinks everywhere.

It's a family run business and everyone is always super nice! Every time we go - not even an exaggeration- they always serve guests with the brightest smile. They're so thoughtful and caring and really make you want to come here just for the interactions. Also, can I just say- for some reason, it's always so hard to find GOOD quality black coffee that's not sour and that the portions are fair for its price. LUNA HANDS DOWN has one of the best coffees in Ottawa and the portion size is 10/10. There's also lots of seating with a comfortable sitting environment and it's not too loud even during rush hours during lunch time. They have patios opened during summer, very cozy!
