Only open seasonally. Closed before thanksgiving. Also hard to find free parking; it's a busy area!

Glorious! 1. Food - gluten-free crepes with egg, ham,…read morecheese was excellent! Crepes with bacon, mushroom and Swiss cheese! Great salad with each - very fresh greens with a touch of dressing - went perfectly with the crepes!!!!! I love the crepes with egg but I am super queasy about the egg being done just so - I told the waitress how I wanted the egg and she listened carefully and then repeated my description and asked if she had it right. Egg came perfectly prepared. It made the whole meal an experience as well as a perfect breakfast! 2. Waitress / Service: Just excellent We started outside and it was a tad cool so she asked if we would like to go inside - which we did. Each of the staff we came in touch with was warm, friendly, helpful. We've been to a lot of restaurants and this was just excellent. 3. Restaurant: This is a beautiful setting. Trees, flowers, tables out- side and inside; tables on the porch (with swings); clean, hats can borrow if you forget yours and the sun is bright - but you really want to be outside! 4. Prices were reasonable! You can often get l of the 4 and I sometimes get excited if I can just get two of the 4 -- but this place was the whole package - ALL 4! And if you have children, they have a playhouse - outside! Two little girls were having a grand time when we left! I highly recommend this place!

A very cute establishment with a gorgeous patio at walking distance from aylmer marina . Quickly getting to the pros and cons Pros 1. The signature fare : crepes . I got the sweet guertin flavored with a high quality caramel and sprinkled with ginger cookie bits . It was fresh and aromatic and flavorful . I took little bites of pure joy 2. The decor : theoughtfully done , crafted to surround you with joy and happiness and mild summery colors 3. Staff : all smiles and genuinely happy to be working here 4. Parking : parking on the street or park in aylmer marina and walk 5: cute cute cute patio Cons 1. Space : you do get a feeling that you are eating in a kindergarten filled with a lot of curious kids in close proximity . I can't explain it . In short less space , very conscious 2. Bees in patio during summer : duh the patio was closed due to bees , death to bees .... Oh no I take it back , I want more flowers

Deeply disappointed!! We drove from Ottawa for this. The ingredients were tasteless. I had heard…read morepositive reviews from friends but .... In addition the service was slow and the waiter seemed almost deliberately inattentive. We had the mushroom soup, salmon crepe, crepe Suzette and the double bacon crepe. ALL BAD. SO SAD!

It's a tiny restaurant (with an even tinier kitchen). Décor is simple and nice. It's a…read morecomfortable room, facing the street. As the name implies, they serve crepes - plus some daily special soups and 3 or 4 different salads. The background on the restaurant indicates the chef is locally grown, educated and experienced, so that's great too. If yelp allowed, I'd actually give them a 3.5 star rating. Better than A-OK, but some minor items holding them back from 'being a fan'. I have to make a decision though, so 4 it is, as they are completely worthwhile checking out. I had the duck crepe - it was good. The cranberry sauce was more on the tart than sweet, and all in it worked. Also had the carrot soup which was also quite delicious. Hubby has the Cassolade (sp?) crepe, which had beans, sausage and I believe bacon. I saw it on the menu, but was afraid to try it. And you know what? I regret my fear. Had a bit and it was fantastic. (As much as I did enjoy my choice, next time I will order this one.) He had the broccoli soup and was happy with it. (I tasted it, and it was great. Not the right choice for my duck crepe (carrot was right), but more cheesy. The area where the restaurant fell down, just a little bit, was in service. I got the impression our waitress was perhaps still new. We didn't get water refills, the salad we opted to split came on one plate (which was fine - but... would have liked to have maybe gotten another plate. Not a crisis, but the difference between mediocre service and great service.) There were a few other little things along those lines. Again, nothing terribly wrong, but this place is, as far as lunch goes, a bit more on the spendy side and it would be nice to get just a little more service (Our lunch was about $55 for two people all in - we would usually spend about 1/2 that on a typical Sunday lunch for two.) I should note our server was very nice and did work to ensure we were happy. No internet. :-/ Would I return: Yes Would I recommend Yes
