It wasn't until a few years ago that I realized that it's a lovely nursery that also hosts events. So, I wasn't all the way wrong. I wandered in today and saw just how beautiful it is. There are so many plants, trees and flowers that you can take home and try not to kill. No matter how hard I try though, I seem to always kill my plants. So I've learned that it's best for me to come visit them in places like this, enjoy their beauty and then leave before anyone gets hurt.

They are very knowledgeable and willing to help you understand what will work for your yard. They weren't rushed and gave us all the time we needed. The delivery guy is also amazing! He brought our rocks on the same day and he was willing to dump the rock in two different areas so we wouldn't have to shovel it. He was also very precise; he dumped the rock in our mow strip and barely got any in the road. This is a great, honest, good company. Highly recommend.

They have shows every hour in the evenings on MWF and we got to see their shows and they were really fun. Raves for kids! Very loud, so if you or your kids are sensitive to noise I would recommend ear plugs. The thriller park has the show, performers, a corn maze, another maze type thing, and a foam pit and bouncy houses. The pumpkin patch has multiple pumpkin patches, TONS of pumpkins, and food trucks, ice cream, paintball (costs extra) and some shopping. Plenty of space, it never really felt overcrowded at all. Very aesthetic and great for taking pictures. Will definitely be adding this to our yearly traditions, this place is so much fun! The pumpkin patch was really cool if you just did that.

Twin Pines caters more to contractors than your everyday homeowner, although they are open to both…read more They have a small greenhouse, the majority of which is flowering plants, but the bulk of their offerings consist of trees, bushes, and the like. They also sell soil, stone, rocks, and other landscaping supplies. Prices are on the high side, although I purchased a Japanese Maple here shortly after I moved into my new home, and it has done very well. At this point, I would like to take most of the credit for that, but I have to attribute the successful start to Twin Pines. They sell live Christmas trees in the winter, though last year seemed to run out rather quickly. Again, they are pricey, but it is a fine option if you are unconcerned about that. Employees are friendly enough. You may not find anyone at the front desk or greenhouse when you first enter, but wander around long enough and you will spot somebody. I love nurseries, and when it is planting season I visit at least one most every weekend, but I never think to go here, even though it is basically across the street from my home, and that tells you everything you need to know.

It was the perfect date night-an activity and a souvenir, and priced at $5 per person (plus supplies) I felt like it was a good deal. We arrived a few minutes early and saw other attendees lurking about, a little unsure on what to do. Eventually, we found our way to the back where there were tables setup and our instructor, ready to get hands dirty. The class itself was fun-Lucas showed us different plant options as well as items to put at the bottom of our containers to provide drainage. I would have loved to have had more time with him to learn more about the specific plants, what goes well together and how to best care for them when we got home. But there were at least 20 people there, all with questions, so we did our best and had a great time! While we were there, we also perused the other products-specifically the produce-so we could eat some fresh fruit while we planted. The selection was fresh, and we took home raspberries, nectarines and apples-as well as a bottle of raspberry jam. I didn't see a TON of larger plants or things for the yard-most of what I saw was on the smaller side. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'm sure we will be back as we grow our collection of indoor plants.

I understand that prices can change, but it is the store's responsibility to make sure the prices displayed for customers are accurate and up to date. Having to find out at checkout that the price is different is frustrating and misleading. Unfortunately, because this has happened more than once during my visits, I feel this is an ongoing problem rather than a one-time mistake. I hope management takes the time to correct the pricing and make sure customers are given accurate information before they get to the register. Very disappointing experience.

First - I have been a loyal customer and have absolutely loved Glover, which is even more…read moreheartbreaking writing this review. Great selection at higher-market prices. (I'll take it if it's quality, and that's why I've stuck with them.) They'll offer a warranty on every purchase. DON'T fall for it because even if your plants die they'll fight you tooth and nail over why your plant isn't really dead (why it was human error which conveniently isn't covered by their warranty.) They've asked me to dig the plants at my mother's home and bring it back to them (some are massive!) do scratch tests, send pics, it's never sufficient and frankly it's getting exhausting. I have spent thousands over the years on soil, plants, flowers, trees, bushes, etc. but I'm so over it. The customer service (at least warranty) provides little service as possible. I've recommended family members to them and they have run into similar issues and I'm just not going to make recommendations nor shop there myself. My recent issue was with a purchased Japanese maple under the 5-year warranty (which costs extra) and they refused to honor it due to human error. Yet the one I got in the front yard (might I add at half the price, from a company online) is doing fantastic. What I do recommend: buy online, or any nearby home improvement store - at least you'll get a deal so you're not out hundreds of dollars if anything dies or needs replacing down the road. I'm so tired of burning extra money for "quality" I don't reap the benefits of at Glover.
