Joel arrived within the specified arrival window. He was very through in inspecting the leak, and offered a couple of solutions. We chose to go with the cheaper option, and Joel was able to fix the leak that same day. The service charge was very reasonable, especially given the current state of our economy. I've contacted other contractors, and their estimates were very high. Joel also let us know what other services he provides, so he's pretty much a jack of all trades. We just purchased a home and the sprinkler system was all out of whack and needed a lot of repairs. He walked us through each and every thing he did. He also installed a timer for our tree sprinklers which had to be manually operated before. Our yard was incredibly uneven and had big holes everywhere from previous gopher issues and possible overwatering/mowing. It was quite dangerous to walk on. They came today and raked a whole trailer of dirt throughout the yard to even everything out and will be reseeding on Monday. It's looking much better already. I didn't have much time to fix it on my own. Had a guy come out and quote me $450 just to dig it up and identify the problem, I knew that was a scam. I contacted Ramirez Landscaping sent them a video of the problem and they offered to come out right away giving me a quote over the phone. Daniel came out identified the problem, dug it up I gave him some assistance and he fixed the issue in about an hour sticking to the original quote.
