Matthew suggested and insisted they have electrician and hvac tech come at same time to resolve the issue. I said I had a hvac guy that could meet with the electrician they recommended. He offered to discount the service fee because it was easier if they had their people come at the same time. We said ok, the hvac tech was just someone recommended to us by someone we know so no personal relationship or obligation. 3 men showed up to our house, the gentleman i mentioned above, his boss and an electrician. When I asked about the hvac tech, the boss stated the electrician also works on hvac. I mean, he was checking out the compressor so I was like OK cool. Matthew then showed up and the trainee guy said goodbye and that he had to go to another job. I assume when Matthew came, he contacted the actual Hvac tech because he then told us that the hvac tech would be coming 2 to 3 hours later. The hvac tech came and when he was done he said he took video and there's a huge issue, he'll send it to Matt and Matt will let us know the findings. I asked well, what's the issue? He said Matt will show us and talk to us. It's been over a week and haven't heard back, no call, no email, nothing. 8 calls between setting up initial appointment and 2nd visit, 0 afterwards. I'm not reaching out to a company that's trying to get my business and obviously has my contact info. I'm big on customer service and although it started off good, it wasn't maintained. We're no longer interested and the issue has been resolved.

The team only briefly looked at the leak area and the attic without performing a full roof inspection. Shortly after, they provided a very vague quote of $34k using a phone calculator. For a project of this magnitude, we expected a detailed, itemized quote covering labor, materials, permits, and contingencies for potential damage. Since this is a significant investment, we felt the professionalism of the estimation process could have been much better.

I just want to keep them all to myself! It's only a matter of time before people recognize the skills and affordability, he will be so busy with work so book him while you can! Finding a contractor at his level for the cost he does is nearly impossible. From communication, transparency, timing, and cost, the local companies are honestly incomparable to Joseph. He told me in the beginning, "You will be glad you had us doing your job, you're in good hands". At the time I thought he sounded like most contractors but it wasn't until he was providing results above any other contractor that I've met with. Here are some specifics. I had an upstairs bathroom angle stop leak behind a wall behind a toilet that flooded the bathroom, master bedroom, down into the kitchen ceiling through the vents in our Menifee house. I hired a different mitigation company in the local area who had a ton of reviews and good ratings, and it was such a headache/mess I was not going to hire them to do the reconstruction. They quoted us $25k for recon, Joseph and his team did it for half that cost AND we were able to upgrade materials! The other company seemed great at first, but problems with the work, then problems with insurance approval, then problems with going over budget, it was definitely not a seamless process. It ended up costing us a lot of of pocket. It was upsetting at first but if that's what we had to go through to meet Joseph then it was all worth it. I found No Limit Restoration online and since there is not a huge online presence, I was skeptical. Turns out they run almost all through word of mouth! I ran probably about 4-5 other quotes from competitors in the area. All of which were similar cost but reusing old materials. Joseph's rates was very affordable, he was able to stay in budget, recommended affordable aesthetically pleasing upgrades while only charging cost of material! If you are a military family, or an out of state investor, or a homeowner on a budget, or just someone that needs work done without having to waste thousands on finding the right contractor, Joseph and No Limit Restoration is your guy. I have looked up their business, their website, the business license to make sure they are current, and insured. I even called their insurance provided and verified their policy number to make sure they are active and covered. I am honestly mad it took me this long to find him.
