There were Fresh baked pumpkin cookies! My fiancé brought me here for my birthday as a surprise. Breakfast was so elegant and fancy. They cater to food allergies, After we checked in we went to a near by resturant called garlic. Then a haunted house and back to the room. My only regret was not having more people with us. Next time I will get a bunch of friends, maybe bring some wine and enjoy the grounds. Best birthday surprise yet. Loved this place.

Phenomenal experience. Hospitality is unmatched - from check in to check out. Food is absolutely incredible and very well plated. The rooms were impeccably clean (searched for a lost earring and didn't come across one speckle of dust. Can't wait to book our next visit.

The last course of a three-course breakfast!

I just spent a tranquil and very enjoyable weekend at The Rosemary Inn. Twenty-four hours in a day had become a myth to me, due to work and home responsibilities compressing time into something unrecognizable. I found it again at the Rosemary Inn, tucked away in the smell of all the lush green. Resting in the taste of home-made jam that would make my grandmother wink an eye. Facing me in the genuine kindness of Jeanne and her husband, Rich. Jeanne made me feel at home in every exchange and accommodation, starting with me needing to check-in and check-out at specific times, to a breakfast that will leave you resting with a smile on your face. The accommodations are spotless, and the acres of land are well manicured. The Rosemary Inn is an elegant example of how a Bed and Breakfast should be appointed and run. I will certainly visit again and highly recommend a stay. Darrell C Bailey

This was our first stay at the RoseMary Inn, and we were delighted! First and most important, the place is spotless! The common rooms, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, patio were pristine! No stains, no spots, no dirty grout. Honestly, the place is immaculate! Our hosts, Theo and Elaine, are wonderful, always available but not hovering. We really enjoyed Theo's tales as a teen in Amsterdam. Next, the breakfast was plentiful and scrumptious, huge fruit cocktail and an excellent quiche-like dish with the crust, filled with fresh veggies. I wish I had asked about the coffee, it was the best I've had in years. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the patio overlooking the pond is comfortable and inviting. We booked this inn because our regular inn was unavailable. From now on this is our first choice when we are in the area. It costs a little more and it's worth it. Everything was PERFECT! Thanks, Theo and Elaine for a great weekend getaway! We stayed in the Heiss room, at the top of the stairs. It was quiet, well decorated, comfortable, and had a fantastic shower. I recommend this room and will request it in the future.

As the mother of the bride, I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this venue…read more Many of the issues involved the on-site manager, Trisha, who was responsible for overseeing the property and wedding operations. Throughout the weekend, there was a lack of professionalism, communication, and urgency in addressing problems. The guest accommodations had no hot water, plumbing issues, and a toilet that would not flush. When concerns were brought to Trisha's attention, we were met with comments like, "Ugh, this is my life," rather than solutions. The bridal suite was equally disappointing. The water smelled strongly of sulfur, making the tub unusable for the bride and groom on their wedding night. The air conditioning was not working, and although Trisha was informed the night before, it was still not fixed the next morning. At 7:00 a.m. on the wedding day, I texted her to let her know it still wasn't working and received no response. This was a 90+ degree June day, and fifteen women were trying to get ready in the bridal suite without air conditioning. On the morning of her wedding, my daughter was told that dogs were not allowed in the bridal suite, despite us being told during our initial tour that dogs were welcome. After the ceremony, Trisha told the bride and groom that the groomsmen's belongings had been locked away and needed to be collected, pulling them away from their guests. She also told them it was "the worst wedding she had ever hosted," which is something no couple should ever hear on their wedding day. There was also an incident in which Trisha physically grabbed our wedding coordinator's arm, dug her nails into her, and pulled her toward the parking lot. To make matters worse, I discovered an unauthorized $264.84 room charge on my credit card. Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of accountability afterward. We spoke directly with one of the owners during the wedding weekend and were promised a follow-up call the next day. Despite multiple calls and messages from both my husband and me, we never received a response. My family has been in the hospitality industry for many years. We understand that problems can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this venue.

We arrived super early in the morning to start the process of getting ready. Once we arrived at the bridal suite the lights were off, and it was freezing cold inside. You would think that since they were expecting us they'd be prepared with the lights turned on and the bridal suite warm. We all wore our winter jackets the entire time leading up to the wedding because it felt colder inside the suite than it was outside. People were going to their cars and sitting in them for extra warmth. Apparently, the innkeeper didn't even know there was no heat. How do you not know what is going on?! They kept playing with the remote attempting to make it warmer, but it didn't work. She found a space heater, but it kept tripping the power constantly. The poor hair and makeup artists had to keep stopping because the lights and their appliances shut off, and we had to trip the electrical panel. I would say this happened a good 10-15 times throughout our time of getting ready, no exaggeration. On top of getting ready in an ice box, the breakfast and coffee we had in the bridal suite was extremely underwhelming. Also it wasn't set up, we had to ask for it. There were no utensils, we had to ask for that as well. And the coffee provided was a Keurig machine with no fresh milk, just little disposable single use room temperature creamers. It's a shame because the bridal suite was truly stunning, but more things went wrong than they did right while we were in there, and we couldn't wait to get out of there. I was so excited to check into my room to warm up. I don't know which was worse .. the ice box bridal suite or my 90° room that had a lady bug infestation. My room was scorching hot, too hot. I went to let the innkeeper know what was going on and she was quite frazzled. Literally nothing was going right for us and then this. Apparently, they came to clean out some of the ladybugs, but when I went back in there, there were still plenty so I went back to her and said something again. I understand ladybugs are good luck, but no one wants to sleep in a bug infested room. There was also no control to adjust the temperature in my room. I ended up having to hold the windows open with personal items because they wouldn't stay opened on their own. It was probably about 20° out and I had to leave the windows open all night in the middle of winter. This was also an issue with other guests who stayed on the property. According to other guests, it was either scorching hot with no temperature control options or freezing, no in between. They put space heaters in a ton of the rooms that also had no heat. For what those rooms cost, this was not ok at all. Also when we were sitting down at the table about to eat our salads, the wait staff came over and removed the paper QR codes on the tables. They weren't supposed to do that. I later found out the QR codes provided a link for all of the guests to share photos from the evening. Why would they remove something if they didn't know what it was? The place was really beautiful, but the amount of things that went wrong were unacceptable and extremely stressful for the bride. This should've been the best and most carefree day she had, but instead she was dealing with constant nonsense and chaos. Not worth the headache of having a wedding here and I would never return as an overnight guest. Beautiful property, terrible upkeep.

We stayed in Room 10 which features a king size bed and a large soaking tub. The bed was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was sizable. We always felt like there was a lot of space to unwind and relax when we were in our room. We were offered the Fall menu when we were there. On day 1 I had the apple crumble French toast (AMAZING) and I'm not even a big French toast guy. Your table has fresh orange juice, water, and coffee/tea when you come down and get seated. Loved this. On day 2 I had the traditional breakfast and enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff was friendly and accommodating - as expected from a well run B&B. We were on site for a small gathering of gamer friends and so I also tried some of their offerings in the small cafe. I tried Italian wedding soup for lunch and got several hot tea drinks. All excellent. They have a small "snack room" near the main entrance that has popcorn, and water, coffee maker, and other small amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the most visitor-focused B&B we've had the pleasure of staying in. It sounds obvious to say that, but it his place really puts your money to work to make you enjoy your stay. Thank you!

The cabin was lovely, it's small but has all the furnishings you need and lovely bath amenities for both shower and tub soaking. A bit dark but lighting is fine. The quiet privacy was immeasurable. The main lodge has plenty to feel taken care of- fire pits (bring your own wood), coffee and variety of pods, games, rocking chairs, lovely porch. They absolutely made us feel welcome through and through when checking in and getting our cards- it's a lot of local tourist info but they made it very manageable. Breakfast was the real super treat- menu didn't change over the weekend but we could try different things. The spinach egg bake was PHENOMENAL but also very huge so come hungry! I thought their eggs generally got overdone so be very clear if you want soft eggs. We are not morning people but we made sure to get up and have plenty of time to lounge with coffee, juice, and the perfectly cooked sausage! This isn't a place you spend all day in generally but it's walkable to some spots and an easy drive around to the touristy spots for a lovely vacation!
