When we contacted them, they said we could meet them somewhere to fix it--but we were already headed out of town, so that wasn't realistic. Then, on our first morning camping, the propane system failed completely. No cooking, no hot water. After troubleshooting with them over the phone, we had to drive over 2.5 hours round trip to buy a camp stove and supplies. They said they'd reimburse us, but after four weeks and multiple follow-ups, we had to go back and get the camp stove and return it ourselves. We paid full price for a trailer that was broken from the start and received no financial consideration for the major inconveniences. Completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else.

(1) We discovered a gas leak because the refrigerator light was flashing. We are only alive because we had to make other sleeping arrangements every night for the entire trip (12 days to be exact!) I am so disgusted with this company! Putting my Family life at risk! If I could give zero stars, I definitely would because they don't even deserve the one star. Oh how I wish I could get in a DeLorean to go back in time to tell myself to never sign that dotted line. For starters good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in that office on the phone. No one ever answers and eventually you're left at a dead end to a voicemail telling you to leave a message which 9 times outta 10 they'll never get back to you on right away. Maybe a week later, it depends how they feel. If they have an urgent issue with you, they don't ever call. They'll text or email you instead then they'll take their sweet time getting back to you. God forbid you make a mistake getting the rent in a day late and a buck short. Phew man they'll put you on blast posting a nasty pay or quit letter on your door demanding they get their money right away out in the open clear as day for the entire complex to see as they walk past with no discretion at all the very next day. That's about the quickest their gonna jump at getting anything done. Flooding apartment? They'll sit on it for a whole day but boy miss that rent and they're right on your tail like uncle Sam when he don't get his money. A year after my first lease they tried giving me crap about my pet birds that they allowed me to have when I began my lease by trying to change it a quarter into the second year lease. They began texting me to try and get me to not only a "pet deposit" on top of the high first deposit I'd already given them at the start of my first lease but also a fee they called "pet rent" on top of the rent I had been paying to have my birds in the apartment. They tried to tell me that it was never put on my lease that I had pets and you bet your sweet keester I called them out on it until they finally dropped it after I wouldn't let them change the lease agreement. Have an issue that needs immediate attention with maintenance? It's like playing the magic 8 ball with Rhino, "try again later". They'll take their sweet time to get a third party contractor to do it. I remember the AC went out in my apartment. It took them well over a month with the blazing heat to get it fixed with 3 visits! I had a smoke alarm in the apartment with a sealed battery for some reason. The battery died, and of course I couldn't change it myself because again it was one of the sealed battery ones. They emailed me inquiring about it like they didn't believe I couldn't change it myself until again a third party contractor came and saw what I was talking about. Ive had my vehicle broken into, and there was a shooting outside of the complex last year and they offered little to no concern about the safety of the complex until 2 weeks later after I'm sure multiple complaints before they finally hired a third party security company that rarely if ever checks on the property. More vehicles have been broken into since and again they offered little to no concern at all to help improve the safety of the complex. Speaking of the complex, they have done a poor job upkeeping the property. The pool is just a dry hole in the ground with a fountain as dry as the Sahara desert. Love cockroaches and spiders? The complex has been swarming with them for months and they'll done very little to take care of the issue. Also beware of porch pirates. I've had packages stolen right from my door, and the property management basically offered no little to no help to address the issue. I've had to take matters into my own hand by installing a ring doorbell camera on my front door to combat the porch pirates. Since installing the ring on my door I experienced less theft at my door ironically. I cannot begin to stress enough stay far way from Rhino Realty Property Management. It's been a nightmare I've dealt with these past few years. I believe it's safe to say I will never do business with them again. Don't let them fool you with their pretty smiles and tall tails. They'll con you like the people trying to reach you regarding your cars "extended warranty". If you see a property managed by them don't just walk away, RUN!!! I don't care how nice the property is, it's not worth the headache.

I wasn't looking to learn any tricks, but had become comfortable enough on the road that I wasn't feeling the need for much rudimentary work. I had taken the MSF class a couple years ago but never rode again until recent weeks, at which point I had taken the bike out for a collective 100 miles or so. Do I really need a riding lesson? Come to find out, I totally needed a riding lesson! I didn't realize how much I would benefit from physically getting to know the bike, from experimenting with my weight, counterbalance techniques and handle bar steering, being encouraged to make tighter and tighter turning radii. It was all so basic, yet all so enlightening, and 3 hours flew by. Cassie is a tiny little lady who handles a big@ss BMW adventure bike like a dang legend (and she seems to be in proper standing with some other legends in field too). Even my annoyingly self-confident husband handed it to her. But also, she's super unassuming, very knowledgeable, and intuitively perceptive about what needs explaining and how. As a female rider, my experience with male riders (husband included) has been that they are less likely to understand my fear of dropping a bike, falling over, or breaking a hip! Female riders have been more understanding of that initial timidity, and Cassie offered just the right level of empathy and encouragement. That said, she doesn't only coach gals. Her website actually advertises "Everybody Only. Motorcycle Training for Anyone." And you better believe that she's prepared to train you, regardless of your gender, your riding level, or your goals for motorcycling. For the record, her prices are very reasonable, and she offers individual and class training environments. She travels to location too. We met in a big parking lot off Pan American, but from what I could tell she was willing to meet me in a location of my choosing. Highly recommend this trainer, and can't wait to go back!
