I can't say enough good about these guys. We use the Ruff Inn primarily for boarding, but we've used their grooming services as well. We adopted an older dog who was neglected for many years. She's not a bad dog, per se, but she is extremely strong willed and can be a bit of a handful sometimes. Even though she requires a little extra effort, the Ruff Inn has always been great with her. We travel a lot, both for work and for pleasure. Our dog stays at the Ruff Inn probably close to once a month, sometimes more. She actually likes going there (trust me, she lets everyone know when she doesn't like somewhere). As for their grooming services, even though our dog can be a bit "high maintenance" they're great with her. Like I said, she actually enjoys going there, if that isn't a glowing endorsement I don't know what is. read more

My dogs have never been afraid to go to the groomers. They have never been afraid to be brushed. I went to brush my dog tonight and he was terrified! He was shaking for a good 30 minutes before I could get him to calm down. I do believe he was hit with a brush. We will never go back here. These are our babies, and I will not risk it. read more

Would definitely not recommend. Boarded our dog for 5 days. Staff and owner gave totally different daily reports. Staff report said all was good, then owner called to say our dog had worms (provided no proof when I picked our dog up). Checked with our vet and they found nothing. If you live in Gravette or in the surrounding area, do your research and you'll find very nice boarding facilities. I wish I had researched more and a learned a lesson read more
