I asked if he could recommend suitable carpet types or help me choose samples. His response was essentially, "I don't know what to tell you," and he said the company would not provide the samples. That was especially frustrating because the company's own website explicitly advertises free samples as part of the buying process and says customers can describe what they need if they don't know the exact style. I was actively trying to spend money with this company and was met with zero interest in helping me make a purchase. If your website promotes free samples and assistance choosing carpet, your sales staff should at least be aware of that policy. Very disappointing experience.

They was going to leave the job unfinished if a friend of mine hadn't stepped in and told them that they couldn't leave it like that for another week since my mom would had to stay at the local motel during that time which she couldn't have done. I had to pick up after them when they left the first night where they left scraps and thier trash in the house. When I asked them to run the vacuum cleaner to remove the scraps of carpet left behind after the job was done. They refused and said that it was my job to do that.
