This was my first time here, but it won't be my last! This is Tulsa's very own Rustic Cuff store! It is the cutest shop. It's so light and airy. There are stands everywhere full of bracelets for you to peruse and choose from. They come in every color and size. There are bracelets in the beaded variety as well as iron cuff style and everything else in between. Do you have a favorite school? Are you an alum of The University Of Tulsa? Oklahoma State? University of Oklahoma? They gave a line of merchandise for you! I noticed there are also bracelets for causes and various memberships to social organizations as well. The staff are wonderful and so willing to help. I wanted a clear makeup bag, but they didn't have one in the larger size on display. A staff member went to the back and found me several colors to choose from in the larger size! The cost of the bag? 10.00! I recommend this store to any rustic cuff lover. I was on a girls' trip a couple weeks ago. I flew into DFW from California, picked up one gf north of there, then we proceeded to pick up the other gf in Norman Oklahoma and started our journey. One of the girls was very familiar with Rustic Cuff; I had never heard of them and she said if we have time she'd like to go to the store which of course we found time. I was blown away by how friendly the two young ladies were that were working in the store. I decided besides the purchase I made in the store, that I wanted to do a special order. The young lady went what I felt was, above and beyond good customer service and actually wrote down a detailed "how to order" note of what I wanted. Very refreshing to see such customer service in this day and age!!! read more

Stumbled upon this while in Tulsa after brunch on a Saturday morning. I have always bought my cuff's online. Never been in a store. I believe I touched everything, bought mostly stuff on sale and made mental notes as to what to buy next. It's a very serene store. Wasn't bothered by shopper stalkers and check out was easy. I was able to put the points I spent in the store into my account that I had online. I'll probably still shop on line, but it was nice to see some of the designs and materials that maybe I wouldn't of been interested in on line made sense. Poor customer service! I live in Austin Texas, visit Tulsa a few times a year on business. I received a Rustic Cuff bracelet as a gift from a friend at Christmas. The bracelet was just too clunky on my wrist, so I planned on exchanging it on our next visit, which is this weekend. They refused to return it because it was over 30 days, even though they found it in there system. How was I to know there policy , it was a gift. for customer service, I'm very disappointed, why should I ever shop here again? read more

A referral from just an Oklahoma girl. I've been wanting to order an item from this place ever since they opened and it's taken me awhile, but I saw my opportunity when they had a special order price on leather monogram bands. However the experience isn't what I expected, nor what I wanted. I'm not sure what is happening at this place, but they are very disorganized. 2 ordered now and the customization on each item was horrifically wrong. Dare I call again? No I'll save that for another customer. It's not worth the trouble to me. Overall I'd give it a 2 star rating, but they tried half way. To me that's not trying correctly, but Chris made a C effort. My dad said if you can't give a A effort than why waste anyone's time trying at all. Meantime the 3 gifts I ordered were not satisfactory. My advise stick to something your not customizing special order. They are great at what's on hand. They cut off the rest of the phrase on order correction saying they didn't have the information on the phrase as the ordering time for that item expired. Traveling to Tulsa on business, wife is hooked on RC do I had to go there. In all my travels and shopping, I've never had such a fantastic experience as I did yesterday at RC. The products are high quality, the 5 or 6 employees that assisted me were over the top friendly, helpful, and nice. They navigated me thru the RC choices, charged my phone, let me use their personal cell phone to call my wife to make sure I got the right cuff, and stayed open late for my purchase. I just received my latest bracelet. I LOVE it. I had an earlier version of this cuff with my grandchildren's initials on it and was blessed to have added 2 more grandcildren. I have been a "Rustic Cuff addict" for almost three years now. Over RC'S evolution of stores, this has been my favorite so far. The employees are the sweetest, very helpful and the location is convenient. I obviously love Rustic Cuff, but if you are looking to visit the store and exploring Tulsa, I would highly recommend visiting this location. I especially love visiting this store during the summer's when I can explore the Farmer's Market on a Saturday morning then pop by Rustic Cuff to make a quick visit. This place does not have good customer service. I received a bracelet as a gift. Went back because it was a little too tight. They would not exchange it for one that fit. They expected me to pay more money for the one that would fit. How can they ask that of me when it was a gift? They offered a store credit of $16! How will that buy anything in the store? I will not be going back. I am so dissatisfied with their policies. These cost so much money then expect me to pay more when I just want something that fits me properly? Wow! read more
