I might also add that I also have a tender scalp. I've been coloring my hair for thirty years so it's never been a problem. I put this appointment off because I am leaving for Europe in two days for a three week trip. My hairdresser knew this. I don't live very far away and admit I was ten minutes late. Getting anywhere via Hwy 17 can be iffy. I arrived and she cancelled me. My "scalp was just too tender and I was late". This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After the appointment she could have said hey we don't mesh and you should find someone knew. We didn't mesh, I was going to find a new hairdresser. She took over three hours last time, but too cancel just two days before my trip and she knew about the trip was malicious, unprofessional and mean-spirited. Beware of this hairdresser!
