The second hair cut, I asked if she can give me the same hair style as a current Kpop singer and she did it just as I asked. But he did not follow the photos I provided, and in my opinion, my hair did NOT look good when leaving. I asked for loose beachy curls and my curls looks more like a pageant girl. I was also quoted $45 over the phone (wash, dry, curl). He charged me $65 because of "the time", even though he didn't wash my hair and my visit took 1 hour and 10 minutes. I went back to my hotel and washed my hair to get the curl out.
