My first haircut was really amazing, and most of my friends loved it over the summer. The second hair cut, I asked if she can give me the same hair style as a current Kpop singer and she did it just as I asked. And the third time, I got my hair cute and dyed with an amazing color that a lot of people really like. The operator answered and immediately put me on hold - ok no problem. Then when she returns there's not type of niceness or sincerity in her voice, straight to the point in what am I wanting and when I asked for a couples massage she immediately wanted all my information, ok I guess, and then when I ask for how much the massages are she ignores the question getting into timings and the different services offered. I ask again "okay.. prices?" And she gives me attitude stating "depends on what you want with massages starting at $190 I don't know what you want" yes... you don't know what I want because you asked absolutely no probing questions to get to what I am looking for. Why would I book a couples massage and not know what the price is and then get there for the massage to find out it's outside of my price range. I'm sure this facility and the massages are great but I live well over 2 and a half hours away, I am going for my girlfriends celebration, so to immediately be given attitude before the trip has even started yet is a huge turn off. Definitely retrain whomever this person is, customer service starts BEFORE you get in the door.

But he did not follow the photos I provided, and in my opinion, my hair did NOT look good when leaving. I asked for loose beachy curls and my curls looks more like a pageant girl. I was also quoted $45 over the phone (wash, dry, curl). He charged me $65 because of "the time", even though he didn't wash my hair and my visit took 1 hour and 10 minutes. I went back to my hotel and washed my hair to get the curl out.
