She was professional, kind, and so easy to talk to. We had such a great conversation. I'd originally wanted a finish that was $5 extra, but instead of just taking the upcharge, Sunny asked thoughtful questions like, "Is this for a special occasion?" and "When is that?" She explained the desired finish wouldn't last long enough for the wedding I'm attending and, since I use a lot of lotion in my skincare routine, wouldn't look how I wanted. She recommended the standard finish instead. That is amazing customer service and truly looking out for me, not just an upsell. My nails are a perfect 10/10: even, beautifully shaped, and with neatly trimmed cuticles. You can see from my photo how lovely they look. A true gem in our small town. Thank you, Sunny!

The quality of the gel-x was unsatisfactory, the nails were flexible and sharp, lacking a proper gel coating on top. It felt as though the staff had just arrived and did not understand English or my requests. I would not ever consider returning to this establishment! My nails were so sharp that they could easily cause injury. The service was appalling and overpriced!!
