She was professional, kind, and so easy to talk to. We had such a great conversation. I'd originally wanted a finish that was $5 extra, but instead of just taking the upcharge, Sunny asked thoughtful questions like, "Is this for a special occasion?" and "When is that?" She explained the desired finish wouldn't last long enough for the wedding I'm attending and, since I use a lot of lotion in my skincare routine, wouldn't look how I wanted. She recommended the standard finish instead. That is amazing customer service and truly looking out for me, not just an upsell. My nails are a perfect 10/10: even, beautifully shaped, and with neatly trimmed cuticles. You can see from my photo how lovely they look. A true gem in our small town. Thank you, Sunny!

When the one girl started my nails, she then got up and left to go do someone else's without even explaining to the other girl what she did/didn't do yet. I also didn't appreciate the high price for the worst design. I literally paid $10 for a small heart sticker. When I was asked if I wanted a design, I thought it would've been a real design as I saw another customer receive. Unfortunately it was a tiny heart placed on one finger per hand, for $10. The cost and experience don't match. I was really hoping to love this place. The gentleman that was there doing someone's pedicure made the woman leave the shop yelling and highly upset and said out loud to the women working there that the guy did a a horrible job and the woman said to me and the other two women there (getting their nails done) not to let him do our pedicure. I have added nail pictures and pictures of my eyebrows showing the hair that was left behind. Also, there is no air conditioning or fan. I appreciated the small bottle of water that was given to me and I actually greatly appreciated it. I was sweating profusely.

I mentioned it to the nail tech because he was going to just do gel polish. I hate gel polish. besides the point, I had needed a pedicure as well but I couldn't wait any longer. they charged me 65 for a gel manicure and my polish wasn't even fully taken off from my last manicure. he rushed and didn't even take his time. I really never complain or anything but I didn't pay 65 the first time I got the same nail service and I also didn't have pink polish in the corners of my nails still. unprofessional.

I reserved Pony's Pad and upon arrival they moved me to another less appealing space due to "maintenance issues" with no prior notice. Too many issues to note here. Management didn't call me back to address the issues I had after several emails and messages. Trip Advisor recent reviews confirm negative experiences as well.
