I was disappointed ultimately…read more I've been getting root touch up and highlights about 4 times a year for 25 years. I tried this salon about a year ago and gave it a solid 4/5 visits. I won't name my stylist because I think they are knowledgeable but...really not a good interpreter of what I wanted and defensive about toning. I know hair needs toning on occasion. But my hair cannot have toner left on for more than 5 minutes as it's super porous and the results are awful. My 3rd visit, the toner (applied by an assistant, not my stylist) was left on for close to 20 minutes. I timed it. No idea where my stylist went. I mentioned it the next time I went in and it didn't seem to go well. The artist seemed irked. Another stylist was at the bowl when we were there (toning) and made a remark about "don't leave it on too long." So my stylist had gone I. The back room and complained. And the other person felt comfortable being bitchy to me. I'm out. I always tipped 20%. Never asked for a color correction. But that was it for me. There was a general bitchy vibe that did not work for me.

I heard you tell the old rich lady in the pink and white who showed up after me "I scheduled you because I didn't think she'd show up". Then you took her back to attend her.
