I love this cut of meat when I go a Brazilian steak house and so I buy some so I can make at home. They also offer Wagyu cuts along with ribeye's, tri-tip and short ribs. There is also a selection of pork, chicken and seafood for all palettes. The staff was really nice, friendly and answered all my questions on how to best prepare the picanha.
