The manger called me and defended her front desk staff saying they would never do such a thing. In business, this is not how to run a successful company. Lindsey listened to me intently, When I told her about the past experiences I had at other salons, she asked me for a picture to get an idea of what I like. She trimmed very little off my ends and blended the short with the long layers to remove the step from my last haircut.
