I called the store and explained my situation. I'm very picky about who touches my eyebrows. Camille, the store owner, put me at ease and invited me to come in right away and she would make sure my eyebrows were perfect. As soon as I stopped in, she was so welcoming and the shop was very clean. We had a nice conversation, and she shared some tips with me on how to keep my eyebrows cleaned up. She was very patient with me from the start with my concerns about price, comfort, and longevity. When I saw the December special on Instagram I couldn't wait any longer, and I booked my appointment. I was able to get in in about a week, and she was very flexible with my schedule. When I arrived I was definitely nervous- would they be too dark? Look natural? Would it hurt terribly? I have a few tattoos but this was a new process- and it was on my face! You can tell she is used to this! I felt so much better when we started talking and she walked me through the process, helping to choose the best shape, color, and style. She would have sat with me all night until we got everything perfect. Luckily, I had brought a picture with me to show her the "untamed" "bushy" style I'd been lusting after and she was thrilled to try something a little less traditional. This shows how amazing she is at listening to the customer and making sure we're totally in love with our brows! I'm naturally dark blonde with sparse, unshaped, brows that have a few bald spots and almost disappear in the summer sun. I've been so self conscious about leaving the house without doing my makeup, which doesn't work with my outdoor-loving lifestyle. Now that my brows are permanently perfect I find myself walking right out the door in less time and with so much more confidence. The process took less than 3 hours and the after care was simple. I went back to work the morning after getting them done and they looked totally healed within 5-6 days. As far as the pain level goes, it was definitely unpleasant but nothing I couldn't handle, and she stopped to numb me any time I started to become uncomfortable. I can't wait to go back to get my touch up, but I don't think my brows could look any better! If you want a professional, clean studio with a talented and friendly artist, this is the place to go.
