For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

The play area is huge with so much for kids to do! There's a ball pit, ride ons, climbing structures and slides, giant building blocks, and tons of toys for pretend games. When we booked the party we were offered a bunch of different optional add-ons for additional charges including options for food, drinks, cupcakes, a meet and greet with a mascot character, etc. We chose to add an additional hour of time, the decorations package, and the balloon cannon. For decorations they have tons of themes to choose from and we chose Bluey. The decorations were so cute and there were pretty table clothes, themed plates and napkins, and lots of table decorations. The balloon cannon was fantastic! We played keepy-uppy like in the show Bluey, but the addition of the cannon just made the game so much more amazing! Our son and his friends had an incredible time and the adults all really appreciated that inside the play area are lots of comfy chairs and couches to lounge on while the kids play. Throughout the party the staff were so lovely and helpful! They checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and at the end even did all the tidying. We cannot recommend them enough, it was a perfect birthday party.

The play area has the crawler section for the littles that arent upright yet and I'd say 98% of the parents enforced the rule of no walkers in the baby baby section. The coffee was pretty good, and a decent selection of pastries. They do have fries and chicken nuggets but definitely more for a kid's palette. If you're a remote working parent and have the kiddos home all day for winter break, this is a great spot to pop in so they can expend that energy while you work! The staff is friendly, the place is pretty clean, and they have some great jams playing. We will for sure be back as our little grows up!

I showed uo early (10:30a) just to find out it opened at 10am. HOW DO THE EMPLOYEES NOT KNOW THEIR HOIRS OF OPERATION. Also, the recommendation I offered months ago about having a separate line for members and was in-place was not longer happenings. Regression is a terrible thing. Move forward not backwards. Do better Sky zone!
