I want to thank this staff for being so kind and organized for my childs 3 bday :) It was amazing , i rented the party room for some hours and ordered some pizza . Kids enjoyed all the play area it's new ,clean , Not over packed. They even helped set up some decor . No Limit in play , Vs other gyms charge a ton are dirty and very demanding . The concept of this place is great. A play place targeting toddlers and 3-4 year olds. I have been to many places with my son who just turned 3. Children's museums, funtastic playtorium, trampoline parks, arena sports, pump it up Lynwood, etc...and they all do a great job entertaining 4-12 year olds, but for kids under four it can be dangerous or require close supervision. So the approach Wiggle Works takes is a needed niche, but the owner has one foot in their business one foot out. They collect the income but don't reinvest it into upkeep of the place. These are franchises. And this franchisee needs to sell the location to someone who will fix it up and keep it clean. I used to be a franchisee of a chain restaurant. If you want this place to improve, let corporate know this location is being neglected! read more

Wiggle Works is honestly a disgusting place for kids. The entire play area was dirty, and it's obvious they don't clean regularly. The toys are filthy, worn out, and literally falling apart. For a place that's supposed to be safe and fun for children, this was extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. I didn't feel comfortable letting my child play on anything. They really need to step up their cleaning, maintenance, and overall care of the facility. I won't be bringing my kid back here. read more

We have been coming here off and on for about a year and a half (our son is just over three). Before today I would have given it three stars. He loves it, but the rides aren't well cared for. You know rides will rip/break but repairs are sloppily done or sometimes not at all or look dirty. I once reported a power outlet that didn't have a safety plug in and it took months before it was repaired. Once there was about an 8 week gap between when the inspection certificates had expired and a new one appeared. We have been super busy packing to move and haven't been in a few months and went today (a Saturday). We are greeted by a kiosk and a sign that says it is UNSUPERVISED with no employees on site and we are responsible for the environment. The instructions are confusing but we get it sorted and go in. The potential liability with this set up as well as just what a bad experience it is should be evident. If you can't get an employee to work, YOU WORK! It's YOUR business! Whilst we were there, kids took all the balloons out of the balloon room (despite a sign saying not to), and moved them to the bouncy place. My son wanted to play in the balloon room and I gave the kid's mom the stink eye and started putting the balloons back and she got her kids to return them. A dad brought his kid - no socks, which is against the rules - and climbed on the bouncy structure to get his kid to go down the slide. Again, there is a sign that says DO NOT DO THIS, and for good reason! It's not supported, and there is a play area underneath with kids playing with large Legos! If it collapsed from his weight... but somehow, being a paying customer I'm supposed to police other parents and do the owner's job I guess...!?!? We left shortly after that happened. There was also a rip and air leak near the bottom of the inflatable slide and it kept scraping my son's leg (wondered why he kept saying 'Ow!' and I found it). Just a bad experience. It's sad because there is a dearth of options for kids in this age group, and it could be such a wonderful experience but sadly it's gone from meh (dirty fans and attractions, sloppy repairs) to no repairs, no employees and you're on your own. Hope the owner sells to someone who cares or decides he (or she) now does. read more

Unfortunate exploitation of parents... attractions don't work, no WIFI, but they unapologetically charge $13-$17 per child and ADULT (why adult?? That's odd)... You cannot get the owners information to complain. The bathrooms are atrociously dirty. It's an unfortunate situation where parents don't' have too many choices for little toddler playgrounds - and these owners could care less about the condition of their facility. Simple indoor play area for babies to start with. Few options for toddlers and babies kids to play with balls , experience slides. It also has a party area which is a huge plus. Recommend this place as Seattle weather asks for more indoor play areas. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place one star rather than none at all is because my granddaughter had a good time playing there. It was a spur of the minute decision to stop and play but my negative experience began right away. The woman working that day was sarcastic and rude. When I couldn't get the required online waiver to load and with someone behind us in line, her annoyed comment was "we do have our own Wi-Fi you know." The conversation didn't improve when I tried to complete the waiver which required me to provide my granddaughter's name and birthdate as well as my own. She kept telling me to give her my phone and she'd do it. It would have been a lot simpler and much less invasive to just sign a paper. When I asked for her name she said she wouldn't give out her personal information. Nor would she tell me the manager's name. She did, however, flick her hand at a paper taped to the wall with the email address. The equipment safety covers are in serious need of replacement in many areas but the machinery itself seemed to work well. There are several play spaces like this in the area. I was excited to try this place out today with our 2 year old but sadly I was unimpressed both with the staff, (one highschool kid who had earbuds firmly in place and on his phone the entire time), and the state of the equipment. I have been teaching preschool/daycare for 12+ years and was horrified to see remnants of popped balloons and old bandaids on the floor. Parents were blatantly disregarding safety rules and there was torn, dirty, equipment everywhere. We stayed because my son loved the large Lego blocks, (the one perk), but the complete lack of care or focus from the staff was disappointing, especially for the price we paid to play. Lastly the bathroom was unkempt and there was a child's potty, stained with pee, hanging on the wall. I'm sure when this place was new, it was lovely but now it's squeaky, unmonitored, and dirty. read more

I took my two year old granddaughter here and she had a blast! It's true that it's got an old school feel and not everything is perfect and new, but everything was in working condition, and she had a lot of fun trying out all the things they have. A lot of it is quite unique and different from anything I've seen at other playrooms. Only thing I found super weird was that they had a tip set up on the payment screen. The lady working was extremely rude and refused to give me her name. Prior to Covid we purchased a five pass card. She said she would need to reach out to her manager to see if they could honor it. The pass has no expiration date with your address business info ETC. The manager quickly contacted her back, telling her to honor it, and she continued to be extremely rude and argue. We're literally talking about $10 but to me it was the point I purchased $50 worth of passes and it has no expiration date. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said no that he was unable to speak with me because he was in a meeting. The worst customer service ever! We hosted a birthday party for my son's third birthday on the weekend. We booked the themed party package which includes the small room adjacent to the playground, set up, party decorations and cleanup cleanup. The staff that i worked with was so helpful and amazing. They were communicative and very accommodating .And the decoration they did was very beautiful. The party coordinator that i worked with was so helpful throughout the party. He was very attentive to the kids in the play area and did a great job rounding everyone up when it was time for food and cake. The venue is very colorful so kids at party really liked that and had lots of fun playing with many play equipments that the place provides. I'd definitely recommend this place both for casual play and for birthday events. read more

This place has gotten worse over the years. most of the kids stuff are worn out and not maintained. the cost had dramatically increased and even parent have to pay plus additional pay for grandparents just to watch from the side. Pros: bright colors, moving rides, balloon cage, awesome lit slide Cons: dusty as hell, floor mats dirty (turn it over to the cleaner side at least), lots of popped equipment held together by tape, dirty run down equipment, no baby gates (kids kept running out the play area and also outside), nothing is sanitized. Rude, uninformed female worker mans the front. Always on her phone, always texting, not watching kids, (looks miserable and really hates her job). You'd think this place would have had their shit together. Pandemic/shut down happened where people struggled to get paid. Yes. But once the shut down was lifted, the owner could have deep cleaned and repaired everything before reopening. The masking tape used to repair rips on the inflatables have lifted and have been accumulating lint/fibers from kids' clothes making it look disgusting. read more

Not a fan. At least not for my almost 2-year old. The place is very small so it gets easily crowded. It also needs a huge facelift. The whole places just feels rundown, old and dirty. There are a lot of rips and tears in a lot of the equipment. We saw an employee valiantly trying to patch giant slashes in the inflatable bounce area. He failed. The rides were pretty old in the sense that nothing was maintained properly. Small space for the business. Not a lot of options and the kids can get bored within half and hour. The restrooms were not too impressively clean, you could see parts of the rides/slides torn and cheaply fixed with scotch tape! I am never going to take my kids back there! Our kids deserve better than this, I am amazed that it actually passes the City of Bellevue safety and sanitation inspections. The place is so dirty and worn out with duct tape everywhere. This will be the last time I bring my little girl. Others should not support such business and maybe than the owner will realize that it is nasty and take more pride in his business. Great place to bring your younger kids to get some energy out. It is a little pricey so we don't go too often but it's a nice treat. I do wish they kept the equipment in better shape, but kids are rough so some of the items are a little run down. My son loves the balloon room where fans blow around giant ballons he just runs around like crazy trying to catch them. If you do have a newer walker you'll need to watch them so they don't get stepped on or run into some people don't watch their kids. All in all a fun place to go. My daughter enjoys playing here. We have been coming here for 2 years now despite their low level of cleanliness. The colors are def. eye catching for the children. If my daughter didn't enjoy playing here so much, I personally would have stopped coming. Just make sure you bring an extra pair of socks for yourself and your child to change out of and wash wash wash your hands well! I'd say it's def. THE INDOOR place to build up your child's immune system!! (jokes) Almost everything is falling apart, not exaggerating here: Colorful fabrics peeling all over - unattractive usage of colored duct tapes in an attempt to cover them up also ended up peeling and looking worse; Floor mats are dirty and needs to be cleaned/replaced; bathroom dirty and smells, with diaper pail overflowing (although I do appreciate the toddler toilet seat); changing table has no safety strap. There is only one worker working whom doesn't pay attention so rules really aren't enforced. Such as, "no balloons outside designated balloon play area but we find random popped balloon lying around; "socks required for hygiene," yet we see lots of children with no socks AND PARENTS WEARING SHOES INSIDE PLAY AREA/MATS; and "no adults on inflatables," but we've seen plenty of adults on them, etc. Pretty shocking how dirty this place is considering how popular it is! I honestly hope the owner steps it up soon and clean/fix this place up! read more

I've ttaken my boy to quite a few indoor playgrounds, and this one is probably the best place for the money. (One better place was apparantly too good a bargain; they closed.) The single admission price is good, and the ten admission card is even better. They don't even require the physical card; they can look it up by phone number too. They also have monthly passes, but I don't think they're a bargain except for people who go really often. For value, I rate it five stars (best ever). Overall, I rate it four ("Yay, I'm a fan"), because I've been to a couple of better places with considerably higher prices. It's great for a play date, and there are usually enough kids around that kids can find others to play with. I haven't seen misbehavior get out of hand; there are usually plenty of helicopter parents around as a calming influence, and the staff watch the play area too. Besides the usual rules that a parent must stay on site, they have occasional parents night out specials. We did that once, and our boy enjoyed himself while we had a grown-up dinner. The hours made scheduling a dinner and movie pretty tight. They have quite a few play spaces: - A square box like a waterbed built for kids to bounce on, - A rocking inflated structure with seven hanging bags, - A horizontal helix that rotates slowly, - A ladder or scaffolding structure with four dog figures on top, rocking slowly, - A carousel with hanging balls big enough to ride on, - A low rotating platform with four ride-on peanut shaped things, - A low stairway to nowhere, - An assortment of shapes slowly rocking side to side, - Two low rooms, one with large cushions that can be built into things, the other with foam Legos the size of real bricks, - A stairway up to a couple of play rooms, one with lots of balloons, the other with an inflatable bouncing floor and inflatable slide down. Everything in the play space is very well padded; the only thing that a child might get hurt by colliding with is another child. Some of the padding shows signs of wear, particularly the bases of the scaffolding structure and the inflatable slide; the latter shows several careful patch jobs. The place is nice and clean, helped by the socks only rule in the play area. The music is a bit annoying, but more like gym music than unbearable toddler tunes. There are two family restrooms, which include separate regular trash and diaper disposal trash cans. There's also a party room, with kid sized tables and chairs. We haven't been to a party there, but we've seen it in use and it looked like people were having fun. It has an emergency exit out the back, in addition to the mall entrance. They have free wi-fi, with a good strong signal, but if you can get a signal from the Crossroads Library down the mall that's likely to be faster. read more

It's not the business, it's the customers. Due to the layout, there tends to be more hover adults than kids on the floor. Nothing is more fun for a kid than bumping into a grandma with an iPhone while blocking access to a toy, just so they can take another 30 pictures of their kid. Now there are adult shoes left in the walkways (I guess they can't use the storage cubbies), so that's a fun obstacle course to avoid. I also watched a family leave without being "checked out" by the staff to make sure everyone matched up. So that's no good. WW used to be less chaotic, but now it is the Thunderdome. I guess my suggestion would be for the business to enact and enforce rules that reinforce manners from ALL customers, adults and kids alike. One parent/adult per kid on the floor. No blocking the stairs or access to toys. No cameras/phones on the floor. This place has really got out of hand. read more

I really didn't like this place. We spent a few hours with daughter on a Sat afternoon and the place was over capacity with kids of +5yrs old playing next to babies of less 1yr. Nobody was controlling the playing area and there were just two employees in the front desk doing admin tasks. Also, the place was super dirty and nasty - there were dry blood spots in the floor, hairs and stain all over the place. While my daughter was playing, a kid pee in the play area and nobody was there supervising. I had to go to the front desk to notify the incident and 10 minutes later one person from the staff was cleaning just one part of it with towel paper (not sanitation process). I brought my nephew here because I thought he'd love it. He did. I on the other hand, did not. It's not that I think it's a bad place, I actually think it's a great place with a great concept but it gets way too busy. The manager also told adults to leave the area because it was too crowded (a lot of people just hung around the play equipment though, so it's understandable) but because it's so crowded, I wanted to keep an eye on my nephew. I just didn't feel like for the price it was worth the wait in line or what they offered, even though the price let you come back any time during the day. The kiddie pool in the back was awesome though. Another reason I didn't particularly like this place was because when I was paying, the manger told me they didn't take $2 bills and said it was a fake. Granted, the money was marked up heavily, but still, to call money that a customer had fake? The QFC in the same complex took it with no problem. There also weren't enough staff members, there was one person at the register, and the manger telling people to move. read more

He had so much fun. They also have diaper genies in the restrooms! I recently got an email that now you can drop your children off, so it's kind of like a Kids Quest.
