The concept of this place is great. A play place targeting toddlers and 3-4 year olds. I have been to many places with my son who just turned 3. Children's museums, funtastic playtorium, trampoline parks, arena sports, pump it up Lynwood, etc...and they all do a great job entertaining 4-12 year olds, but for kids under four it can be dangerous or require close supervision. So the approach Wiggle Works takes is a needed niche, but the owner has one foot in their business one foot out. They collect the income but don't reinvest it into upkeep of the place. These are franchises. And this franchisee needs to sell the location to someone who will fix it up and keep it clean. I used to be a franchisee of a chain restaurant. If you want this place to improve, let corporate know this location is being neglected!

This place is disgusting. As you can see, the fans are super dirty and the worker there just on his phone and play games. Really need to ensure the cleanliness.

The only reason I'm giving this place one star rather than none at all is because my granddaughter had a good time playing there. It was a spur of the minute decision to stop and play but my negative experience began right away. The woman working that day was sarcastic and rude. When I couldn't get the required online waiver to load and with someone behind us in line, her annoyed comment was "we do have our own Wi-Fi you know." The conversation didn't improve when I tried to complete the waiver which required me to provide my granddaughter's name and birthdate as well as my own. She kept telling me to give her my phone and she'd do it. It would have been a lot simpler and much less invasive to just sign a paper. When I asked for her name she said she wouldn't give out her personal information. Nor would she tell me the manager's name. She did, however, flick her hand at a paper taped to the wall with the email address. The equipment safety covers are in serious need of replacement in many areas but the machinery itself seemed to work well. There are several play spaces like this in the area. We'll choose a different one next time.

    Rude employee!

The lady working was extremely rude and refused to give me her name. Prior to Covid we purchased a five pass card. She said she would need to reach out to her manager to see if they could honor it. The pass has no expiration date with your address business info ETC. The manager quickly contacted her back, telling her to honor it, and she continued to be extremely rude and argue. We're literally talking about $10 but to me it was the point I purchased $50 worth of passes and it has no expiration date. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said no that he was unable to speak with me because he was in a meeting. The worst customer service ever! Since she refused to give me her name, a picture of your route employee attached. We will definitely take our business elsewhere.

Every single surface was covered in some form of dirt or duck tape

This place has really gone down hill which is a shame because it's great for toddlers but it is SO dirty. In fact the dirtiest place I have ever brought my child to play. I hope Managment sees this and does some cleaning because I would come back if they did. Until then I think for the sake of my child's health I will stay away.

The night of the party my family and I showed up early to bring the cake, party favors etc and Gunnar & Nancy's and team helped us bring everything in and lay the favors, cake etc on the tables. Everything else was already set up as they provide tablecloths, cups, plates, drinks, pizza etc. When the guests showed up they immediately led the kids in a game of neon dodgeball. We had the place to ourselves so the kids were free to move between the three different activity areas. Everyone had tons of fun and we didn't have to lift a finger. The pizza was served buffet style, Nancy's team served unlimited soft drinks and they even cut and served the cake after we sang Happy Birthday. Thanks for a great party!

The staff were not so friendly like other kid's place. No one smile. They look busy and annoyed. You need to email to reserve the spot. The place run only from 6-8pm on Saturday Arrived 10-15 minutes early is recommended. It can get super busy. They don't have much space or hall for checking-in, people jam at the entrance with no line or instruction. I was standing there for a long time and people keep cutting in front of me. After check in, there was no instruction at all. I was told to go to dodgeball court and other group was told to go to Nerf combat Zone. My kids did not want to do dodgeball, so we just sit around and wait for a long time. (I did not know about another play zone that kids can go and play during waiting) This place is better for older kids. They basically have to play on their own. It is not a play place like Great Play in Redmond where the staff guild the kids. There are 3 main games in the place. 1. Dodge ball- The older kids and adults seem really enjoyed it, but it can get too rough for younger kids. Adults and teen threw the ball to each other hardly, the girls or younger kids would not enjoy being in there. 2. Nerf gun shooting game. Each kids get one plastic gun and eye grasses. I went to Virtual sport in Tukwila before and Rough house court was a bit too crowded compared to the one in Tukwila. There were about 20 kids in the shooting zone today. The kids could not run around much while playing. 3. Play zone (robe, climbing rock wall, basketball hoop). My kids like this zone the most. It is not too crowded and suit with their age (6 and 8 years old) I really like their concept but they need to get more organized. If you have 10 years old or older boys, they will have a blast there. I do not recommend younger kids to go there. The experience would be different If they have a person with a microphone for communicating and guiding kids and parents. Then they can greet people at arrival, tell them how to check-in, where to go after check in, announce when the round is over and say thank you to the customers.

I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. There is a fun beaded pit with some toys to play with. Great place to burn the kids energy for the day.

However, trying to book a party myself has been incredibly frustrating. I've called multiple times at different times of the day, and no one ever answers the phone. I also sent a message on Instagram, which wasn't seen until the next day, and even then, it was left on read with no response. For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

There are only about ten parking spots at the building, and nothing else within two blocks. You can't park at the library next door--there was a very over-zealous parking attendant questioning people who tried--and there's no street parking either. That's a real inconvenience in the rain with young children. I went on a Tuesday morning, and it was still very packed. It doesn't seem like they limit entry, and it felt overwhelming with so many kids. We did catch a storytime session, but it was hard to see or hear anything past the first row since the microphones weren't working. Overall, it was an okay experience --fun for little ones but very crowded and a bit pricey for a half-day activity.

My companion and I had driven to 3 parks in the evening, a week or two ago, looking for a tennis court. The tennis courts were full at every one of the 3 parks that we drove to! It was about to get dark soon, so we thought that it might get dark if we tried to wait for a court at one of the parks. So, we drove here as our last try to find an open outdoor public tennis court that evening. Thankfully both tennis courts were open here when we arrived! As you can see on the ground around me, the tennis courts had quite a bit of tree debris on them (mostly twigs and pine cones). However, we were able to play tennis here for about an hour and the pine cones and twigs didn't really interfere with our play, so 5 stars from me! The second tennis court was occupied by 2 other tennis players shortly after our arrival. They were very considerate and threw the stray ball back to us when it landed in their area, and we did the same for them. The parking lot is smallish, but it was sufficient for our needs and it was only about half full. The winding path to get to the tennis courts was a lovely place for a short stroll, with tall trees surrounding the path. There is a kids play area near the tennis courts. Kids seemed happy about playing there on the evening of our visit. There is also a 4-hoop basketball court adjacent to the tennis courts. It was full for most of the time that we were playing tennis. I liked the high fences around this space, so we didn't have to worry about a basketball getting in the way of our tennis play. It's been years since I last played tennis. I played tennis a lot growing up, mostly with my Mom, who is extremely competitive. I'm not super competitive myself, I prefer to be collaborative in most cases, but I was delighted that my companion and I each won 5 of our 10 games, because I do like doing physical activities with people of similar skill levels. Super nice and peaceful area, and a great place to play tennis. We may return!
