While this family was always nice when we talked with them they have the worst service and did a horrible job from start to finish. 1. They did not tighten screws when the installed he first time so the dish moved. When we went to try and get it fixed the woman at the shop said "my son installed it and there's no way it's not installed right. 2. Got it fixed a few weeks later. A year goes by and satellite goes out. They tell us we need a 10 ft pole installed to get over trees. We do it at an additional cost. Service becomes spotty at best. 3. Call him out and after another week he finally has time to come out. Messes with some stuff and it gets better. Few days later, same thing. 4. He tells me we can come out and pick up a new piece. Again more money and my hubby installs. Nothing. 5. Call a different company and they come replace one $5 part and it's fixed. 6. A bit later the dish is suddenly having at a bad angle. Other company comes out and says one of the bolts was never installed and they whole damn thing was about to come off because he didn't screw it in. NEVEE WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. read more

Tried to get these guys to install Directv. Once we finally got them to call us back they ended up doing two site surveys they picked two different location the second location they advised we had to cut down trees on our property and next door. We scheduled installation but they overbooked. We selected a different day for installation, cut down the trees requested then a different tech showed up advised we needed to cut even more trees down. The tech talked to us, my wife advised him it was my project and we were not going to cut down any more trees. The tech had a misunderstanding or just plain lied and said my wife swore at him ( I was right there and she did no such thing). I do not know what he herd, I would like to think he just misheard my wife rather then lied. If I could I would give them a negative rating. read more
