The staff at the counter were very friendly and helped me to pick the right meal based on what I like. The plate was plentiful, and the food was very good. My meal had two meat choices: BBQ Brisket and a side of dry-rubbed ribs, and was rounded out by their homemade potato salad and their baked beans. The brisket was smoked, tender and flavourful. The ribs were a healthy portion and had a nice dry rub to them. At the table, I tried all of their proprietary sauces and had a great, filling meal. This BBQ spot is well-known locally for great service and food, and I enjoyed my meal. Overall, a great experience at the Whole Hog Cafe NLR.
