I had been reassured that John was aware of my request plus I had submitted pictures. A simple black & gray tattoo that maybe should have taken an hour to do. Instead, I have 5 flower heads without stems or leaves that cost more than double what I was expecting. There is no way to rectify this. The script is completely obscured. To say that I'm not happy is an understatement. This is why I felt the need to have a consultation. Obviously, he did not understand what I meant. Flower at the base of my neck, leaves on either side of script & stem running down my back around the words. This tattoo looks nothing like what I asked for. Avoid at all costs!!!

My lashes are straight and point down, they don't respond to lash curlers even heated they will eventually fall down- they can be very annoying but she said she had other clients with similar issues and it worked just fine. She solved my problem! I'm so happy and can easily apply mascara or liner with my new curled up lashes. Best of all I can see better without those lashes pointing down :) I also saw Ranata for a quick facial. She did such a good job of getting my pores clean. Thanks for both services, I will be back.

I utilized a few laser package specials and had AMAZING results, once with Renata and another time with Jessica. My skin had the normal several day sensitivity and rapid cell turnover with glowing skin coming through among other great results like scar reduction, reduction in fine lines and pore size. Unfortunately this was not my experience with the new laser machine that was used on me in February. Why have I waited so long to post a review? It takes time for laser to really show full results. I can say however that I initially had zero pain during treatment (like the laser wasn't effective) even though the practitioner stated that I was on the "highest setting". Do I like pain? No. Does it signify that Micro injuries are being created to initiate collagen production? Yes. Additionally I had zero skin turnover and no new laser glow like I'd had in the past. I tried to keep the faith and wait it out to see if I would have results but I unfortunately did not and I feel duped, kinda like they pulled a bate and switch by using a new laser on me without letting me know ahead of time. I want to also mention that I got the Triple Stack Laser, the strongest laser combo offered and as I said, the practitioner stated that I was on the highest setting. I'm glad I bought it at a promotional price rather than the full $500 dollar price. I do have experience with laser and Morpheus8 at other providers in addition to the treatments I've received at AE. The results in this case spoke for themselves. This new machine they use is ineffective and a very unfortunate waste of money as I chose AE over receiving Pico laser at a provider closer to my home because I had good experiences in the past. I'm happy to be closer to laser season so I can take advantage of a more reliable provider.

I had previously had work done here (eyebrows and…read morelips) and was happy with my experience although the eyebrows which I got microbladed didn't last. I went back a year later for another touchup and it still didn't hold. I messaged them this year after hearing ombré powder brows worked better for oily skin and set up an appointment to come in. Within a few hours after booking my appointment I got a message saying it was too last minute for the artist and was asked to reschedule which I did. When I went in for my appointment I told her my style that I liked and she said she didn't think that was a good look so she mapped out what she thought would suit my face. After the mapping I let her know they looked thick and she said it was just the mapping and shading would be done inside the lines. We moved forward but when she was done I pointed out an area that was missing color. The owner had to step in and get color into that spot as the artist wasn't able to. 2 weeks later I messaged and sent pictures because there was a big spot that had no color at all. I was told the wait until they bloomed. I messaged a while later showing that the area still wasn't holding color at all and that the ends were different and there was also a dark line under 1 of the brows. At this point the owner agreed to do my touchup instead of the original artist to try to correct the mismatched brows. I sent 2 messages over the course of 2 weeks looking for a date for the appointment before the owner decided to respond. She scheduled a date without my approval so I had to message back to change the date due to upcoming events I needed the brows to be healed for. I followed up a few times to show the owner pictures the last time being last week to clarify that she could fix the issues I had before going in to the appointment. During my correspondence she was nice at first but rude when I voiced my issues with the services. On Friday in my message she said the appointment for the touchup would be $150 or she would do laser removal at no cost but I responded to her that wouldn't make sense due to already having spent the money on brows I have to fill in daily and don't even match and I also let her know that I already put a $75 deposit down on the appointment for the touchup. I got a message today saying she didn't understand the back and forth and would be cancelling my appointment and refunding only the $75 for the touchup. She stated she didn't understand the back and forth (which was done because she said she didn't understand what I meant by fix my brows so I clarified my issues which I had already spoken on more than once) The fact they didn't even offer to refund half of the initial appointment after leaving me with 2 eyebrows that don't match and I still have to fill in daily after not even 2 months is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money here.
