I can HIGHLY recommend The Wall Team Real Estate Associates for professionalism and Team Work…read more I was a buyer and they represented the Seller. It is not often another Broker can recommend another group, but Mary Ruth Reeves and Her Team are Top Drawer in my book. Cudos to Sharon Hughes her closing coordinator. She never hurries you and is so kind and professional. What more can you ask? They get 5 Stars from me! And in a multiple offer situation it is always difficult. I had made several offers and Mary Ruth was one of the few that actually gave the buyers TIME to do what they needed to do to get the seller their highest price. You won't be disappointed using The Wall Team. Mary Ruth is a great communicator and after hours too! Linda OBrien, Broker

Their form of marketing is relying on an SEO company to boost their website on google. Before signing the contract be sure to read section 5.D.3. They require compensation if you decide to terminate your contract with them. Laurie Wall is the owner of this group and was extremely rude to our family upon termination. Overall we were not happy with them due to lack of progress, communication, or solutions offered. They have a very, "sit back and wait" approach with the sale of your home. Last, but not least, the commission they charge is outrageous compared to other companies. Especially for the small amount of effort they actually do on the selling side of things. Tldr: I wouldn't recommend this company, nor it's selling agents to anyone, and I advise that review readers approach them very cautiously, if at all.

I am working with Independence Title based on the agent from Sophie Diaz selling my home saying…read morethey are "the best" to work with in Colleyville. Total joke. This is not true! Their representative Heather Awtrey needs to take a class on how to interact with people or maybe just find another job! Very dismissive and rude. I asked my agent to have them prepare a couple of special provisions in my sales contract. Upon receipt of my settlement statement, I had been charged for their 3rd party counsel to "prepare" this. When I inquired about the charges and said no one explained that'd be an extra cost I would incur, the reply from their contact was "per X section in the contract terms, seller is responsible for this." It was just terrible client service and frankly, unsavory, to hide behind a contract's verbiage when it suits THEM, with no acknowledgement someone should probably say "we can prepare these provisions, but it will result in an additional settlement fee you are responsible for." On closing day, the agent was rude, didn't say good morning or congratulations, nothing. They gave me my settlement statement to sign and the taxes were WRONG. I pointed this out, she went to a different room and said "oh, there's a homestead exemption on the property." WOW. The Homestead has been there for 3+ years...if I hadn't caught it, they would have short-paid me almost TWO THOUSAND dollars in prorated taxes! That's insane I am the one pointing out THEIR error at the closing table - if you are too stupid to calculate basic taxes and see there is a homestead exemption - there's a serious problem! Didn't even apologize for their error. Never using them again & would suggest you do not.

I swear, we clean w Clorox, with soap and water the walls, deep clean and mop floors. the house Elsa's in very very good condition all the time and make sure we turn it that way. We ask for receipts or proof like pictures of damage and they declined to give us any proof. Texas law prohibits charges for wear and tear. Trust me this was not even the case in the property. First, he won't give you his cell phone, only the office which is not answered. You have to leave a message therefore causing delays in responding. Repairs that were agreed on in the contract were not fixed in a timely manner nor by the professional that was promised. It was a constant struggle getting him to respond to anything. Then at closing the buyer had to go to his office to get keys and garage door openers that should have been left at Title Co. LAZY!!! Finally, his lack of professionalism is something that no realtor would want to deal with. I would never list my house with him nor want to deal with him on the buying side. If there was a "Zero" Star rating that is what he would be getting.
