He pushed us to get things turned around quickly, and he pushed everyone else involved in our transaction (especially the escrow company, which was having issues). On his own initiative he contacted the relevant parties (e.g., the escrow company, our financial advisor, our insurance agent) when things were unclear or when they needed to be pushed. And we were able to make our closing date with days to spare, with a solid mortgage at a very competitive interest rate.
