This is my second time working with Dave and same like before, the process was seamless and effortless on my side. I don't make 6-figure income -just a humble salary woman. Always fast and the best. My loan is complicated because of self-employed and real estate investment. Dave & his team performed flawlessly on our jumbo loan REFI. As I am self employed and have pretty complex tax returns and income sources, Dave assured everything got packaged and presented up front properly to assure success with underwriting... this is key if you are self employed.. unless your loan officer has deep knowledge of how to package things to underwriting you may find your loan dead on arrival in underwriting, or hitting snags late in the process...you need someone with lots of experience in this area. We even needed to change from no cash out to a cash out REFI very last minute, and Dave made it happen. Dave helped me find a lender for my home purchase 5-6 years ago. A few weeks ago, he called me (out of the blue) to let me know that he could help me refinance for a lower interest rate.
