Never washed them off. In order to verify, I asked the employee, and she confirmed they do not get washed. I definitely understand how soggy strawberries can get after being washed! However, I am very uncomfortable with the idea of not at least rinsing off some of the herbicides, pesticides, dirt, and insects that are on fresh strawberries. I'm sure I'm not alone.
