This is definitely a popular and well-loved spot though, with lots of people ordering despite it being 3pm/not a meal-time.

The wings were so good I didn't want to share. I also ordered the jerk chicken quesadilla and there was a delicious sweet/spicy dip that added so much to it. I also ordered two of the fried chicken tacos and two of the carnitas tacos but one of each was with no cheese because the person I was sharing with is dairy free. I have never had a fried chicken taco but mine had pimento cheese on it and it was perfect. The carnitas had such a good Smokey flavor and the toppings were great with it.

If that doesnt say how good it is then let me summarize it a little bit. The lobster feels Fresh, the bread its the perfect ratio for the BIG amount of lobster that they put on them, awesome flavors, great service and the price even though at first glance you may say its a little up there... LOOK AT THE PICS! They dont shy on the lobster meat, its well worth it. 'You wont finish the roll and stay with bread on the hand with no lobster, you may finish it and then use the fork for the lobster that fell on the plate' Highly recommend them!

We arrived right as the game was starting and they were out of the pulled pork sandwiches, so we chose the pulled chicken instead! I think this was the best shredded chicken sandwich I have ever had! The chicken was SO flavorful, even without barbecue sauce. The buns were also super sweet and fluffy, and perfectly soaked up the juices from the sandwich to round out the flavor. We will certainly be back for future games too!

I had the chicken tacos which featured braised chicken, roasted corn and tomato pico, and lime sour cream (2 tacos for $9). The tortillas were filled with plenty of chicken and toppings and the taste was great. We went back for hush puppies later in the day, and my daughter still talks about how good those were. I wouldn't hesitate to hit up this food truck in the future and will have to remember Vitor's Bistro if I'm ever out in West Harrison.

It was a tough night for them with so many drunk people and lots of orders stacked up so it did take a while for my food to come out but it was definitely worth the wait. I guess we were expecting it to be a little bigger and a little better for the price. It was ok but not worth what is being charged. We both got the warm with butter lobster roll. We each also got the lobster bisque when my husband went back out for more food because we were both still hungry after eating the roll. I also had the Root Beer. I think the root beer was the best part of the meal. It was really good. The lobster tasted good and only some of it was rubbery. I wouldn't seek them out again.
