Lori went above and beyond to work with the various food allergies (NO GARLIC!) and create (and modify several times as people canceled or RSVPd yes at the last moment) a marvelous repast that brought smiles back to the day. Food: Inventive flavors and textures that mingled for a delightful array to please all taste buds ages 6-72! Presentation A+. Adapted the display and serving utensils to the limited kitchen island with creativity and aplomb. Customer Service: A++. Decent flavor, and a few minor suggestions…read more I ordered the Classic Box Lunch - Turkey Bacon Jack, which comes with oven-roasted turkey breast, bacon, pepper jack cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, and chipotle mayo on honey wheat bread. I swapped the bread for sourdough, but it didn't have much of that signature sourdough tang. My sandwich was also cut from the end of the loaf, so the tapering meant I got a bit less bread. Flavor-wise, the chipotle mayo carried the sandwich. The bacon was of the pre-cooked, ready-to-eat variety--like what you'd find from Oscar Mayer or Kirkland. Not bad, but a little underwhelming since I was expecting freshly cooked based on a coworker's hype. The bacon was also clumped in the center, which was surprising considering the care they put into packaging. Would've been better evenly distributed for balanced bites. Packaging was excellent. Everything comes beautifully packed and cleanly presented--puts places like Subway to shame. Toppings come a la carte, so you can build the flavor profile to your liking. Even came with utensils, which you don't always get for other places. Making you have to walk back in to get them. The box also included: Carrot slices - Fresh and sweet, a nice surprise. Ranch dip - A bit green in color (maybe herbs?), but didn't taste off. Chocolate chip cookie - Soft, not dry, and packed with big chunks of chocolate. Very good. For $11.99, I felt the value was decent, especially with the sides and thoughtful packaging (heavy-duty box and thick plastic bags for the carrots and pickle so they don't spill). Just be aware that extras will cost extra--those add-ons can creep up if you're not paying attention. Ordering online was easy, and they offer a rewards program for repeat customers. The shop itself has a nice atmosphere--clean, welcoming, and good for a quick lunch. Just remember to bring your own drink, as beverages aren't included. Bottom line: A great place for a well-packaged, satisfying lunch. With a few tweaks to ingredient prep, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

With over 100 people RSVP'd, I didn't feel that was enough time to set up. I let Jeannette's know they could come earlier to set up as the whole morning we would be preparing for the event. The day of the event, the staff showed up late, and by 12:50 they were still setting up. Myself along with other employees had to step in and help finish setting up as we had customers arriving. The food itself was not pleasant. The pretzels for the beer cheese and pretzels were hard and cold, the cheesecake for the mini gourmet desserts was from Walmart, and overall the display was visually unappealing. On top of that, we were told we would have two employees on site at all times to turn the food to make sure everything stayed warm. Both employees would disappear for 30 minutes at a time and go to their van. One employee made themselves a plate multiple times throughout the event and would be eating when guests would come up for a plate.
