They called, made an appointment, were on time, came out, and we had a signed contract the 1st week of December for a new cage. They told us then they were booking work out into July, and sure enough, the last week of July they were at the house and started work. The design was to the new code, with panoramic walls. They stripped out the old framing bolted to the cement, installed the new framework with hurricane fasteners, super screening to keep no-see-ums out, new 7" super gutters and two new 42" screen doors. They were meticulous in their work. Everything fit together perfectly - no gaps or bridges between parts. The screening is tight and seamless. They cleaned up everything after the job was done, and came back a couple of days later to do some touch up painting where a piece of the framing was scratched in transport. Some of our neighbors had a lot of difficulty with the companies they used- huge delay, incomplete work, repeated return trips to fix issues. We had none of that. And, the price, which included all permitting and engineering drawing and fees, was lower than what they paid for their comparably sized (23'x36'x 4' Mansard roof on top of 9' walls plus a 9'x12'x9' extension). Their work passed inspection the first time. The new cage is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the work. In fact, we had them rebuild out front door areaway and have them coming back to install gutter guard for us. See the pics. We highly recommend Topla, Inc.

She was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and assured me she would take care of the issue. True to her word, the very next day Dave, the installer who originally did the work, came to my home and repaired all of the problem areas, including the loose screens and the spline that had come out. Dave did an excellent job, just as he did during the original installation. While I was frustrated with the difficulty I had initially getting a response, I do want it noted that once Kay became involved, the company responded quickly and the problems were resolved professionally. I appreciate Kay for taking the time to listen and make things right, and I thank Dave for the quality work and for coming out promptly to fix everything.

I texted my info, made several pictures to get a message back: "sorry, not doing complete re-screens at this time due to screen availability". Clearly none of these companies are lacking business at this time, but then adjust your message on the phone stating that due to overwhelming requests you can't handle any more business or that you can't repair more than a couple screens at the time. Save the customer some time also and honesty goes a long way. They seem to have good reviews outside of hurricane damage season, so I don't want to leave a one star review.

There people were very professional, placed paper on the floor to minimize the mess and after they were complete did an excellent and thorough job cleaning up. It was very audible to everyone in the parking lot, but the driver still wasn't planning to stop until we got in front of his truck. Luckily there was no visible damage to our car, but the people were argumentative, aggressive, cussed us out, and did not appear to care at all that they had just backed into our car. I don't know how this company works, but their staff were rude, careless, and showed a complete lack of respect for our property, and I'd be concerned that they bring those same qualities to their work. Maybe check your options before hiring them.

I strongly discourage anyone from using Pelletier and Sons for pool cage replacement. They…read morereplaced our cage starting in February and ending in April, 2023. The quality was not up to my expectations. They never scheduled a final inspection and I had to keep after them to finally schedule one. The inspection failed due to structural issues. My permit is now expired and they have not done anything to try to resolve the issue. Pelletier and Sons also built 5 other pool cages on our block - all failed their inspections and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The quality of workmanship on one cage in particular is horrible - they refuse to correct the problems with that owner (who happens to be a high school classmate of Chris Pelletier and recommended him to all of us). Chris Pelletier does not respond to phone calls, emails or text messages. Working with Pelletier and Sons have been very frustrating.

It was a strong storm. When I asked about coming back tomorrow, they said they had to be in Vegas and would come back on Saturday. They had never mentioned that at all. I wish they had mentioned that, and we would have scheduled another day when they could have competed the job since I have had my mulch all messed up and my yard due to no gutters and we have had some heavy rain. I have only some gutters now I do not have them tied in as they are not tied in, and water goes everywhere. So I called Thursday, Friday, and Saturday morning to make sure they were coming and no response. I called back today (Saturday) to see if they plan to return to finish the work and no one at the company has answered my call or returned my call. Also when I was quoted the salesman (Jonathan) was new and forgot to mention that my solar pipes for pool had to be removed. So, I have the added expense in paying someone to fix that after they cut them. There excuse was that Jonathan was new with the company and he did not know to mention that to homeowners. So that is a red flag as they are pricing out jobs with an untrained employee estimating the job. When I asked about fixing their error, they said they are not plumbers. Also when they left, they didn't clean up fully and left some of their tools in my yard, boxes in my yard with miscellaneous parts in them and trash. Update - They did arrive and finished the job (a guy that works for another gutter company and works on the weekends doing side jobs, was not the folks I actually hired) but never called, just showed up unannounced. I was not home since they never called or answered the phone when I called. When I did come home, they left 25 or more metal pieces that my 2 lab puppies had in their mouths and could have swallowed or cut their mouth (see photos). My dogs kept chewing on them. Also, my kids could have stepped on those pieces as well. When I addressed it, all he said was "I will address it with my guys." Also I had to replace my solar pipes they cut recklessly and cost me $200 and when they cut it, they cracked 2 ends that also had to be replaced as well. If they would have cut it correctly or let me know that it had to be removed before they started the job (remember their estimator by their own admission was new and didn't know) I would have had my handyman Jack who was here when their estimator was here, would have disconnect them not costing me new parts and extra labor. Lastly - I have not paid them. I am not that guy, but I have not heard from them or received a phone call to make arrangements for payment. Of course, I will be not paying as agreed as I will deduct for my troubles, not answering the phone, repairs of solar, and not cleaning up their metal, tools, boxes, and trash out of my yard (both times they were here). Update - I had to call Cape Coral police and have them ran off my property due to the fact they wanted to charge me full price even though they damaged my home which I had to pay someone else to repair. In addition I have video of them cursing (thank God I have camera's around my home), being unprofessional, calling myself and my wife names and them threatening me and my family. The Cape Coral PD had to tell them that if they ever step foot on my property again they will be arrested and had to be escorted off. If you want to hire a professional, don't hire these kids. They are thugs!
