I chose this location because it was close and I needed FBI fingerprinting completed. There was…read moreone person in front of me and it took 20 minutes to fingerprint her. I have never seen it take so long and my appointment meant nothing due to how slow they were with the process and had no care to get it done on time. There was only one person doing it but there were 6 employees standing around doing nothing. The other employees kept pulling the 1 person who was doing the fingerprinting after she had finished the appointment before me making it an even longer wait. It was a bit frustrating I've had this fingerprinting done multiple times before at other locations and it has taken 5-10 minutes max. It's all digital and should be quick and painless. Choose somewhere else for fingerprinting.

The second part of the trip was taking the Rocky Mountaineer across Canada by train. When we tried to get the train in Vancouver we found we weren't even booked for the Rocky Mountaineer. We booked the seats a year ahead of time. What a disappointment. We were booked on another line that was like a commuter service. I complained to AAA Warminster. They have acknowledged their mistake but have not compensated me missing the train we planned on. I have been on the phone 10-15 times since August with the assistant Manager but received no resolution yet. Help

-----Update-----…read more After telling me on three separate occasions he would "get this sorted out ASAP," "I'll have this resolved by tomorrow," etc., Mr. Bernstein failed to deliver and has since dropped contact completely. This man clearly has little to no integrity and will blatantly lie to make a sale. It seems interesting that prior to my Yelp! there was no information about Michael Bernstein on the internet whatsoever other than his own rinky-dink website which offers no information whatsoever. This seems strange for "a top performer" who has "been in the industry for 13 years." If by "top performer" you mean "sells lots of insurance by scamming people with false rates and then signing them up for higher ones without their consent" I'd say you're right on the money. My issue isn't that my premium differed from what he quoted me so much as the fact HE DID NOT EVEN DISCUSS THIS WITH ME BEFORE SIGNING ME UP FOR THE PLAN! Avoid Michael Bernstein; if you're looking to switch health insurance just call the company directly to get the real deal. When two separate people report the exact same thing, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see a pattern developing. -----Update 2----- After doing some more digging I discovered that there's no way the difference between his "quote" and my actual payment is the insurance company "rate-ups." Michael quoted me "about $109/month" for Aetna's PPO First Dollar 25 plan based on my age and location. If you look at Aetna's rate book for this plan in my area (SE Pennsylvania) at http://www.aetna.com/members/individuals/health/data/rates_Pennsylvania.pdf (page 6), you can see that there is NO age-bracket that is even remotely close to $109! I ended up paying $162/month, exactly what Aetna has listed for my age bracket and location. There is simply no "rate-up" going on here, I have no undisclosed medical problems, Michael just blatantly lied to me about the monthly premium, then went ahead and signed me up for the plan despite the fact it's over $50/month more than what he quoted me. Do your research beforehand, unlike I did, and don't get burned by this dishonesty.

Well, I had a very similar situation but luckily I caught it before I lost any money...I spoke…read moredirectly to the insurance company and they stated he never called them when he said he had...They also said that no matter how they did it they could not come up with his quote and it had nothing to do with health issues...But in the interim of researching, I contacted the main company (AHCP), explained the situation and got the name of a person who supposedly handles this...His name is Will Freshwater and his email is: wfreshwater@ahcpsales.com...I wrote him and he emailed me back immediately and said he was looking into this and if there was truth to it, it would not be tolerated, so we all need to email him what we went through...Thank you, Anita
