This place could be great. We had lunch here yesterday, the Sunday during the busy Columbus Day weekend. The location is awesome, great views, and loved the food. However, the service was really off... it was busy, but that shouldn't have affected the timing so badly, as it took forever for everything. After finally ordering, it took 30-40 minutes until we received our lunch. At a place like this, operated by Turnberry, this shouldn't happen. When we received our food was very good. Lobster Roll was excellent, Eggs Benedict loved by 2 of my guests, The Club Sandwich was great too. Enjoyed my Flowers Chardonnay. Pineapple Dessert was excellent as was the Ice Creams. To make matters worse, even though I paid the bill with my credit card, the charge for the entire meal was then posted to my friend's hotel bill, which he thankfully saw at checkout. What? Really? Created an awkward situation. I'm hoping the poor service was an aberration and not reflective of their usual service. The billing issue is still hard to comprehend. The food was good. The service while great was not consistent or often enough. When we arrived, they didn't take our drink order for a solid 5 minutes, which made me wonder if there was even a server! When he did come out, he brought waters. I ordered a soda and by the time he brought the soda, my water was gone and never to be refilled. This is just one example of the poor quality of service. I do admit that the manager did step in once. But bussing tables at 2pm in the afternoon is not more important than quests with no water. read more

Excellent service and experience! Party of 10 last weekend and the staff was very nice! They helped us set up chairs and umbrellas as well as check in and take drink orders. It was HOT, team did their best! Would absolutely recommend - for lunch you go and order and they pack everything up so nicely. The tuna wrap was perfect, my friends also liked the lobster roll, salad and tacos. So fun! read more

Our friend is a member of the beach club so we enjoyed having lunch that this waterfront restaurant located in Delray Beach. They offer free valet parking. We sat inside but they also offer outdoor patio seating. I had the New England Lobster Roll with a Greek side salad $34 and it was delicious. The server was very friendly and efficient. The ocean view was nice. read more

I had the most amazing experience at the Seagate Beach Club this past week. Sophia was incredibly attentive, kind, and happily helped with all of our questions. The bartender (Kevin i believe) was also very kind and attentive! It's clear that the leadership is successful in choosing excellent staff and keeping positive morale, we met the AGM Mike and he was also helpful and played a huge role in making our stay memorable. We ate dinner at Mr.Seas one evening and Rita went above and beyond to ensure we left happy and full, even though we came right as the kitchen was closing down. 10/10 experience and will absolutely come back again and again, I've already recommended the venue to multiple friends read more

Wow. A stay-cation & anniversary getaway. We were thrilled with everything about Seagate: our beautiful spacious room with a huge wraparound bd lobby, THE plushest robes & super comfy bed. We sure were surprised when we had a bottle of Ruffino Prosecco & yummy truffles delivered to our room to acknowledge our 10 year anniversary. With a really nice note from management. Bonus; free shuttle to their beach club. We had cocktails on the beach & a delicious lunch at the club. Such a relaxing day. A fantastic 10 star stay! read more

We wanted to visit the restaurant in this hotel for dinner, but we were denied entry because we weren't hotel guests. This restriction felt completely unreasonable. On top of that, the staff treated us with a dismissive attitude, which made the experience even worse. We were very disappointed with this level of service. read more

The restaurant sits on the second floor of the beach club, and the views are spectacular. The service on the floor is great; the host, servers, food runners are awesome. However, if you get something you don't like, and send it back, the chef will quickly come out to your table and explain to you that you don't know food. As for the food, it's of good quality, but prepared very dry. We had the prime rib and the blackened salmon, and we were very disappointed; the prime rib was dry and over cooked - and although I've enjoyed it many, many times before, according to the chef, I don't know anything about meats. This place has a great potential but fell way short on our visit. read more

My wife and I went to The Seagate Beach Club last night for dinner. We were joined by two friends of ours. We were welcome by Andy at the valet parking, great guy. We had dinner on the terrace with a beautiful view of the beach. There wasn't much of a selection on the menu, besides steak and fish but the food was delicious. I had the Yellowtail Snapper with a Caesar salad as an appetizer, for dessert I had the chocolate lava cake. The service was impeccable except that we had to wait for our second order of drinks. We really enjoyed our evening and we'll go back there for sure. read more

It has the charm of the British colonial style with bohemian Influence. As you arrive you are greeted by valet car service allowing for the ease of access. The wait staff is personable and attentive where everyone feels like family. The service and food here is top notch. You can eat in the club or poolside. With a delicious selection of food from chips and guacamole, soups, salads, sandwiches and full entrees.The perfectly cooked salmon is my favorite paired with a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio or bubbly. We went for dinner on a Thursday night around 6:30 PM. It was not busy... few people dining inside. Ambiance was outstanding on the patio! I loved the tiki torches. Wonderful evening with regard to temp and humidity. I ordered the jumbo shrimp with crab stuffing and it was delicious! The rolls were delicious. For dessert, I ordered a chocolate lava cake that was served with caramel drizzle, chocolate/mint candy-like sticks, strawberries, and coffee ice cream. I'm not a fan of coffee ice cream, but I still liked this. The only reason I rate four stars rather than five is because service was somewhat slow. It took 10-15 minutes to get our dessert. Seymour may have been the only server out there... not sure. Other help kept the glasses refilled. read more

I went here to eat and I heard managers talking about a chef having covid. I'd stay away for a bit.

Absolutely awful service, this guy asked me for my order for drinks and never came back. Someone who works here took the umbrella I put in the ground out and put it away and yelled at me. I payed money to be here and this is how they disrespect me. Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable service. read more

This is a terrible place. I go here to enjoy a nice time on the beach. But no so many kids the service is terrible. I waited 1 hour for my water. my butler delivers so much faster. Someone took my umbrella just to take it. I do not recommend this place waste of your pocket change. There are many better beach clubs for us peope. read more
