My original bottom drivers side seat cover split on the side of my 2022 F-250. Replaced with new bottom leather cover and the Durofoam seat cushion. There were no exact match install videos but watched some for later model F-150's and it was the same. Installation was simple. Gently peeled off the seat heater and AC duct from the original cushion and used headliner spray glue to install both on new Durofoam cushion. Fit and match were perfect and the new Durofoam is way more comfortable than the OEM. Would recommend 100%. Don't be overly concerned with installing yourself as its really easy. Entire process took me about 45 min. and I had to figure everything out myself. I would recommend getting the new Durofoam as the OEM clips holding the seat cover on will most probably break and trying to fix those so you can reuse the OEM foam is not worth it! read more

I bought into the hype of the seat shop. Ordered the durofoam cushion for my seat. Gave the vin number to ensure a proper fit. Foam arrived. Decided there was not a way for me to install it since there was NO video for my truck. So I ordered the seat cover to match my OEM seats also. They made me wait three weeks to shop out this supposed custom made to order seat cover. Then I paid a pro shop to do the install once I had both pieces. Installer did a great job but when I got home I realized that the seat cover (ebony) was actually gray in the center of the seat, where the perforations are for the heat/cool seat. Totally GRAY in the middle. I took pics and sent to the seat shop. At first the gal just kept telling me about the aging of the materials and how it would eventually be the same color as my trucks original upholstery. Then she offered me 30% off the passenger seat cover (so they would match) but they don't offer durofoam cushions for the passenger seat. So what's the point of replacing just the cover if you can't put a new foam cushion on at the same time and what if the existing cushion won't work with the new cover? Nevermind the expense. So no help there. Then ""MO Cadwell" messaged me and pretty much told me to pound sand,whined about it costing $40k to get set up (for the passenger side cushion), called me a liar about the three week wait to ship it and claimed they were a "stock item" and told me to take the 30% offered or nothing. Well, I'll chalk this one up to getting suckered ! I will never buy another thing from this outfit. SHADY 1/2 arse outfit if I ever seen one. You tell me what color this is. I've got about $650 tied up in the one seat cushion bottom for my driver side of the truck and it is not a matching colored seat cover! Buyer BEWARE ! read more

Just finished installing new seat covers from the Seat Shop for my 2005 Silverado truck. I replaced the driver's side seat bottom and seat back covers and the heating element for the seat back. The drive seat covers were original and had rips and tears and the driver's seat heating would turn off after a short time in use - typical of a burnt-out element, and it was. The entire job took about four hours to include a trip to the auto parts store to pick up an unexpected tool. First off, the seat looks great and the heating element works as advertised. Secondly, the videos that Seat Shop put out for removing and replacing the seat covers and heating elements are spot-on! The process could be complicated, but Brian and Hunter produced step-by-step DIY videos that makes it so simple a caveman could do it (and I did). The pro tips they provide are a game saver, and their years of industry knowledge is evident. Their list of needed tools helps, but because there are variations in how automotive manufactures attach parts and make changes, I understand that there are some minor deviations. One is the type of bolt and nut that attached the seat to the frame, and this is why I had to make a trip to the auto supply store. Chevy used external torx bolts and nuts that required me purchasing a set for about $30. I got by with using a 15mm 6-pt on the front nuts (make it a deep well socket), but I had to use an E16 socket on the rear bolts. The other tool that will help, is a 12" alignment tool (Craftsman 42903 or similar). As I was putting the seat back into the cab, the rear holes for the seat rails, spacer, body, and frame did not quite line up because of torquing, shifting, etc. The alignment tool made it possible to line up everything without stripping out the bolts. Tips: 1) I took meticulous photos of the disassembly process with special attention to the wire routing. 2) I took my time! I took notes during the Seat Shop videos of the disassembly, seat cover replacement, and reassembly process. I reviewed my notes for each process, and took my time. If the stitching, Velcro, etc did not quite line up right, I readjusted and smoothed out the seat cover just as Brian and Hunter said to do in the videos. OMG! What kind of Company is this??????? I found this company when I was searching the interwebs for how to start my own reality show titled "A Modern Cinderella: One Girl's Search for love and shoes. Somehow that search leads to finding out that a "normal day" is not a beer on the beach or calamari in the belly and eventually to how to test the seat heaters in my '06 GMC Truck. A few clicks later and I was ordering almost $600 in their products. (Isn't this how it always happens). After a hiccup with the website, I'd sent an email and called and left a message. Shortly thereafter, my email was returned and a phone call was made. Both by two people in their office and both at the same time! (I can't do both people!). I ordered a seat cover and foam for my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. the seat foam was quite a bit thicker. I figured it was due to the old foam being worn out. after installing, everyone that sat in the truck was reaching to lower the seat. everyone complained the seat was too high. when compared to the passenger seat, it was 1.5 inches higher. We confirmed the foam was on the tray and springs. Called the seat shop, and they said it was out of the normal exchange and since it was installed they will not take it back. next will be to cut the foam down. Verry poor service once they get your money. read more

My reason for coming here was unfortunate, but these guys turned a bad situation into an okay one with their amazing customer service. While my family and I stayed in a hotel in Dallas, my third-row seat was stolen from my Yukon. I called around to find a replacement and was told by an auto repair guy at Sewell GMC (a huge thanks to him as well) that this shop might have what I was looking for. I checked out the site, decided to shoot an email to their sales team, and got a quick response. After I found out they could order my seat, I called and was able to proceed with my transaction. Garrett was the guy I spoke with and he made everything so simple. He even asked the president of his company if I could use one of their generic seats to drive back to Houston because he knew I had my children with me. He took care of my seat, shipping, and even a lock in the same transaction. When I went to pick up my loaner seat, everyone was very friendly. Garrett showed me how to install my seat and the lock as well. There was even a crib in the front for customers with babies. This place had nothing but men working when I went, so I was definitely blown away when I saw how family-friendly this business was.
