STAY AWAY: Absolutely terrible experience with this shop! For my car a GM A body the work done had…read moreto be redone. Everything was bolt on no fab needed. They installed new brake booster, master and brake lines. The brakes never felt right so I took it to a different shop. OMG, the new shop found that the rear rotors were not installed correctly, not flush against the flange, on one side the brake pads were not even making contact with the rotor. This is something that if you know what your doing you would not screw up! Brakes are kind of important... if I would of had to stop the car I an emergency situation it would of been very bad. The next issue I had was with parts. I took most of the parts needed for the work. If there was a part that ended up being needed they just bought it and then marked it up 300%! When I got the bill I showed it to the owner, he said that's not right. I said I asked his shop manager and the manager said the mark up is just the way it is... After pointing out that some of the work took way to long to complete the owner did refund some labor but now I would like it all back after finding that the brakes are so screwed up. Still don't have bill from new shop that is correctly their mistakes.

What kind of Company is this???????…read more I found this company when I was searching the interwebs for how to start my own reality show titled "A Modern Cinderella: One Girl's Search for love and shoes. Somehow that search leads to finding out that a "normal day" is not a beer on the beach or calamari in the belly and eventually to how to test the seat heaters in my '06 GMC Truck. A few clicks later and I was ordering almost $600 in their products. (Isn't this how it always happens). After a hiccup with the website, I'd sent an email and called and left a message. Shortly thereafter, my email was returned and a phone call was made. Both by two people in their office and both at the same time! (I can't do both people!). Shipping was swift as were the email confirmations. Exactly what was ordered was in the box when it arrived! The videos proved to be the best resource in my swapping (Not wife) application. The Material was a spot-on representation of OEM and matched perfectly! My only negative about the experience was Brian. During the hands-on video tutorials, he makes pulling the cover over the frame look easy. Either it was a lie (Like the Appolo landing) or good god man! Those are serious man hands!

My original bottom drivers side seat cover split on the side of my 2022 F-250. Replaced with new…read morebottom leather cover and the Durofoam seat cushion. There were no exact match install videos but watched some for later model F-150's and it was the same. Installation was simple. Gently peeled off the seat heater and AC duct from the original cushion and used headliner spray glue to install both on new Durofoam cushion. Fit and match were perfect and the new Durofoam is way more comfortable than the OEM. Would recommend 100%. Don't be overly concerned with installing yourself as its really easy. Entire process took me about 45 min. and I had to figure everything out myself. I would recommend getting the new Durofoam as the OEM clips holding the seat cover on will most probably break and trying to fix those so you can reuse the OEM foam is not worth it!

A beautiful piece of furniture in my house was torn up by my adorable young kitten (she apparently…read morethought it was a scratch pad) so I did my research as always and I was so happy to find Ignacio at I & A Quality Upholstery. I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable. I highly recommend Ignacio and his excellent company (I & A Quality Upholstery) for any furniture fabric repairs.
