During my one hour reflexology, Veronica gave me the option of also including my hands and ears. I took her up on that and left feeling amazing! It's the only time I had reflexology and left feeling like I had a deep tissue massage. The foot peel was equally wonderful. I thought it may have me taking most of the 30 minutes soaking my feet but it didn't to my delight. Everything was done while on the massage table. The treatment made my feet feel as soft as I guess they were the day I was born. I'll be going back soon for a warm bamboo massage and warm stone facial. I can't wait! I highly recommend this spa!

She's dyed my daughter's hair several different colors. Mine as well. Again, never disappoints! Not only is Kirsten amazing but all of the staff at Simplicity is awesome! They're always so inviting. She is unlike other hairdressers that chat your ear off and half heartedly pay attention to you hair. She takes her time and discusses with you what you would like and offers opinions when asked. I got so many compliments on my haircut I was astounded. I have very straight and fine hair but every time my friend with curly hair gets her haircut by Moira, you can't take your eyes off her hair. Having recently relocated from Philadelphia, I've been searching for a professional that has the skill set, knowledge and quality product that I took for granted when I lived in a major metro area. I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance. I arrived early to get a feel for the place and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is courteous, friendly and professional. There's a sense of genuine friendship almost like they're all sisters. So I sat in the waiting area and relaxed. When it was time for my appointment I met my aesthetician for a brief consult. Oddly enough, she asked if I liked dogs then introduced me to Kassie. The dog on staff lol. She lay on the table, quietly curled at my feet the entire time. I love Kassie! My fiancé fell in love with her too when he came to pick me up. It's been my experience that this procedure is very relaxing, there've been times I've fallen asleep.
