During my one hour reflexology, Veronica gave me the option of also including my hands and ears. I took her up on that and left feeling amazing! It's the only time I had reflexology and left feeling like I had a deep tissue massage. The foot peel was equally wonderful. I thought it may have me taking most of the 30 minutes soaking my feet but it didn't to my delight. Everything was done while on the massage table. The treatment made my feet feel as soft as I guess they were the day I was born. I'll be going back soon for a warm bamboo massage and warm stone facial. I can't wait! I highly recommend this spa!

She's dyed my daughter's hair several different colors. Mine as well. Again, never disappoints! Not only is Kirsten amazing but all of the staff at Simplicity is awesome! They're always so inviting. When entering the shop you automatically have a sense of calm and serenity. Moira's presence is soothing and balanced. She is unlike other hairdressers that chat your ear off and half heartedly pay attention to you hair. She takes her time and discusses with you what you would like and offers opinions when asked. I got so many compliments on my haircut I was astounded. I have very straight and fine hair but every time my friend with curly hair gets her haircut by Moira, you can't take your eyes off her hair. My original appointment was rescheduled with another technician without asking me. I asked my friend and she told me that that particular lash tech was good also. So I didn't make it a big deal. Then the day before my appointment, I received another text telling me my appointment was rescheduled, again, with Another lash tech and the appointment would have to be pushed back half hour. No discount offered. Again, I was ok with it and tried Not to be "Karen." I was still looking forward to it. But then... I arrived on time. The lash tech "Tori" was 17 minutes late. She did not apologize nor being friendly. She led me to her room and we brief discussed what I would like to have. When it was done, I gave her a generous cash tip like how I usually do for cosmetics techs/stylist. She did NOT thank me at all and took it as if it was part of the payment. Like, she EXPECTS people to just give her that kind of money. LOL. Then, when I went home and looked close, she left MANY Glue lumps all over the lash and they looked as if I got lice on my lash! Just AWFUL!! My daughter saw me and asked me how much I paid for it? When I told her the charge and the tip thing, she laughed and told me I was being way over charged with the amount of lash she put on my eyes even for just Classic set.
