The due date on my receipt was 12/10/2022 and the order was not completed until 1/21/2023. This would have been ok, IF the owner would have periodically touched base to report the status of filling the order. I gave this small business this order as a test as I have other artwork that needs framing, but due to NO communication during this order, I will no longer be giving them any business. When I stated the issue with the owner when finally retrieving the work she did apologize BUT did NOT offer any discount or compensation for waiting on the order. She stated she didn't have enough staff and couldn't afford additional help. She could easily hire a high school or college student at minimum wage to work the store or atleast make phone calls to provide status updates while she focused on the framing work. The owner is friendly and a nice person, but as she says, her business skills are lacking. I hope you have a better experience than I did, if you choose to get work done here.

We used the back patio area, which gave us beautiful views of the expansive grounds and created such a lovely ambiance for the event. It was a really special setting. Inside, the store itself was beautifully laid out, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything about the experience felt thoughtfully put together, and I was genuinely happy to be an author participating in an event there.

And, although quality of service and value are most important in picking businesses I partner with, Robbie's is also black-owned and operated as I know some on this platform like to know that stuff.
