This is a solid place!! The patio is the best place to the sit and service is prompt with good drink and food specials. They do have a great patio during the summer months that helps make it feel a little more comfortable. Great beer selection. Solid cocktail lineup. Food was good but each item was oversauced. The nachos were freshly fried (I believed) but then drowned in way too much crema. My burger had its condiments dripping down the side. Both dishes were great-just sloppy. The downfall were the fish tacos that were obviously turned. Off putting with a mushy texture, I am surprised the kitchen didn't notice. My family used to be regulars at Funk's, the previous pub that was here. We were sad when they closed, but glad that there is another place here now! The food is great, and the staff is friendly. The smash burgers seem to be what they are known for now, and I can see why - I ordered one the last time we went, and it was delicious! I'm always a sucker for a smash burger. The fries are crispy and tasty. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because during their remodel, they got rid of the only items that made the place kid friendly - including the chalkboard, which was a huge hit with my kids. I hadn't been here since Seminole Tap moved in, and I had a great weekend lunch here. There are larger bar tables in the middle of the place, a long bar, and then tables along the window with some extra seating toward the back. It's an open space that is inviting. They had a kids menu and were very accommodating for the toddler in our group. There also seemed to be a kids birthday gathering behind us in the back, so they certainly are kid friendly. Our service was great, even the staff member in training was attentive and promptly brought us what we needed. They have a very nice sized beer list, and while I wish there was something darker on such a large list, I get that we're heading toward summer and the dark beers go into hiding (sadly). I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, and it was lovely. I thought there was a bit much cole slaw on it, but I just pushed some of it off no big deal. The sandwich itself got a bit messy (also fine), so I used a combination of hands and fork/knife to eat it in its entirety. It was so good, I didn't even have room to eat all of the fries on the plate... and I love me some french fries! Been there before for drinks at the bar but first time trying their food! Our waitress stated the pork Bánh Mi was a new addition to the menu due to popularity so I had to give it a try. The pork was thick and juicy, and the sandwich was heavily packed with pickled onion, carrot, jalapeño, lettuce and pâté on a sourdough loaf. The pâté did have a stronger taste than classic banh mi, but definitely a delicious twist on the Vietnamese sandwich. I'm giving 4 stars just because there wasn't a mixed drink menu (at least what our waitress stated) at a drink/food restaurant and the seasoned fries weren't really seasoned, just tasted slightly salted. This is the place to go for smashburgers. They are large. Two deliciously smashed burgers on a potato bun. They are really large. I wish they had a single patty version. Be warned- the menu lists the burgers as coming with one side for $11.95 when the bill came the burger was $15.95 you're charged extra for the fries. I didn't notice this until I got home as my husband paid the bill. This is a burger joint and they don't have condiments on the table. They serve a small container of ketchup with the fries. We like ketchup and asked for a bottle and were told they didn't have them. The nicely brought us a bunch of small containers for free. The did, however, upcharge me for my side of Mayo. If you're a burger joint put condiments on the table. After all you're a bar that serves food. When you're craving an expensive smash burger this is your place. read more

I can't eat onions and didnt think to ask whether it was topped with onions. Geez. Giant pretzel was giant and great! Website needs a total revamp, almost all the information on it was completely wrong given our experience here today. We were searching for a Happy Hour in the Fitchburg area today, and found on the Seminole Tap website it literally said "Saturday, January 17th: $2.00 off Apps." So, we arrive only to be told no happy hour on Saturdays and no mention of the deal stated on the website. Next, we got the huge pretzel which said $14 on the website, turned out to be $17 in real life! You'd think it would be pretty important to keep a website updated with current information in 2026. Staff also didn't seem to know what I was referring to when I asked for the drink that was displayed on the big bright sign in the entryway. Also the pull tab machine didn't want to take my dollar bills. Just a very chaotic experience, it was almost comical how things just kept going wrong. My cod was greasy and tasteless. My beer was flat. Our cheese curds were totally greasy. We didn't get silverware until we asked for some after receiving our food.
