It is right next to the Cheat River. You can eat in the dining hall for regular military price or eat in the bar/grill area. They have a small post exchange for essentials. The staff are helpful and you are close to Kingwood which has a Walmart. There are also cottages thar can be rented.

I definitely want to go back and take a tour and/or come for lunch or tea. Adaland is a historic gem in the middle of nowhere.
