He learns something new almost every session (he said a new word after just their first session, after not saying any new words for 6 months!), and now his speech is really taking off. Debbie is PROMPT-certified, and this type of therapy seems to be very efficient in treating our son's speech motor planning difficulties. During their sessions, she can now cue him to say complete words, component by component. I am blown away listening to it. She has built an amazing rapport with our son so that he somehow sits still, completely engaged, for half-hour long sessions, tries to make sounds on command, and has fun the whole time. She is so positive, and encourages him to try without ever making him feel pressured. She also quickly got to know him and what would hold his interest. We are constantly impressed with her skill, professionalism, patience, and resourcefulness, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a speech therapist! I should also add that she has been very helpful providing me with all the necessary information to try and get speech therapy covered by insurance. And she is consistently on time or early to sessions. We feel so lucky to have found her, through the recommendation of the dentist that did our son's tongue tie surgery.

We highly recommend Debbie Shiwbalak for speech therapy. Debbie worked with our 2-year-old son (LP)…read moreon his speech delay, and she was amazing. LP's language comprehension was excellent, but he was saying very few words, but because he had no other delays, we didn't qualify for city-sponsored Early Intervention. We hired Debbie (reimbursed by our health insurance) and are glad we did. We loved the way Debbie immediately and directly engaged with LP, without any bureaucratic BS or adult-to-adult evaluations that might have made our kiddo uneasy. Instead, she went right to play time and language training, and LP, who can sometimes be reserved around new people, quickly and completely connected with her. Their playtime together was energetic, fun and most of all productive for his spoken language development. Debbie's manner of encouraging the flow of speech the course of natural interactions was very comforting. Her structured play time let LP have fun while it was also making it clear to him that he was there to learn. Her method of touching his face and mouth to encourage speech was gentle and natural, and LP clearly took to it. Meeting once or twice a week for about less than two months, Debbie taught us a lot about how to help LP talk more, and pretty soon he "graduated," as he's now repeating our words and excited to talk. All in all, we couldn't recommend Debbie more, so if your child is having any kind of speech issues, definitely contact Debbie.

She is a thoughtful, and effective speech therapist and aided our family tremendously. If you have a child that needs Speech...you need Holly Bracken. A few items to mention that make her such an outstanding provider: 1)Professional and consistent: In our busy work schedules, you can rely on Holly to be early or on time or communicate with you if there are any delays or has a conflict. You can rely on her to be there if she says she will be and that consistency is good for the whole family. 2) Experienced and Structured: Holly comes to the session with a plan based on your kids progress. You can tell she has thought in advance about what your kids next. She can definitely adjust as needed, but you don't have to hover because she is effective at executing her plan. 3) Effective at calmly managing a child's emotion and response to change: I remember at the beginning of our sessions I would listen to Holly from the other room in our condo and hear our son getting mad or sad and she had this amazing ability to call out and teach him how to "use his words" to express how he was feeling but also (the best part) not have a reaction to his emotions. She would keep her own voice calm, acknowledge his feelings and redirect him back to task. She taught him and us how to handle the emotions. 4) Great teacher for kids and parents: Holly guided us and our son on many strategies to help our son from potty training to speech. She made us structured visual plans for our son to follow the new plan. She was a great mentor and guide as we were learning how to parent a child on the spectrum. 5) She is fun! She uses games with the lessons and makes learning fun and many times recall our son laughing during their lesson. 6) Finally and most important...she gets results! We saw exponential progress with our son while working with Holly. I attribute that to everything I listed above...her professional and consistent approach to our sons support while also showing us how to reinforce these behaviors. We are so grateful to have had her support for our son and our family.

At first, I was very pleased with the services he received. I appreciated that he could receive all of his therapy in one place, and I liked that the therapists collaborated with each other. However, over time, I began to notice a significant decline. The staff turnover became alarming, and the once well-managed team of highly qualified professionals and great leaders was replaced by a much smaller group with less experience, some of whom I suspect were students themselves. I also observed a shift in the environment. What had once been a positive, supportive atmosphere started to feel tense. Though they tried to hide it, it was clear that the staff weren't happy. It was difficult to watch the therapists my child loved leave, only to be replaced by less qualified individuals. I also heard other parents at my child's school discussing their negative experiences with Infinite Therapy Solutions, which further raised concerns. The breaking point for me came when I noticed on one of our insurance bills that my child's services had been billed under a different provider than the therapist who actually worked with him. While I don't claim to be an expert in these matters, I know enough to understand that such billing practices are a major red flag. After that, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
