The owner Amir was very attentive and provided us a detailed assessment of the work needed along with a fair bid. The crew worked very hard and performed the task needed within a reasonable time and in a very clean way. Upon the project completion, we found our beloved front yard tree to be overly trimmed. This was likely due to a miscommunication on my part. At any rate, I alerted the owner who was at a different site at the time. He immediately showed up and examined the issue reported. He apologized and explained what may have happened due to a misunderstanding of our request. Without any insisting on my part, he went ahead and took over 20% off our total balance. Unlike other companies who do offer satisfaction discounts but then shortchange the customer in the work done, Amir and his crew worked tirelessly for several more hours, trimming every single tree all around the house. Not only will I be using their service again in the future, I will not hesitate to highly recommend their service for any tree cutting and trimming project, big or small.
