I explained that I had my first summer rental tenants coming on Saturday and I need two of the shower stalls (installed three years ago) repaired because of settling on our new home. My call to Dave was on Thursday and although they were swamped with business he asked one of his technicians Chris to be dispatched to do the repair the next day on Friday. The installation resulted in gaps under the tiles, misaligned tiles, grout lines that are a different width than the adjacent porcelain tiles, tiles that are chipped from leveling clips, and a transition that is a trip hazard. Seacoast Flooring has not been responding to any communications. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.
