There were NO "carols". Just some loud rock music for musicians to show off. Then, finally, the last 20 minutes was back to what was advertised. Christmas Carols! I would not recommend attending ANY show produced or directed by Alex Santoriello. You will NOT get a show anything like what is advertised. See any other show. You might actually get what you pay for.

Many of the elephants, lions, tigers, camels .... Have been retired to well deserved nonprofit sanctuaries. Kanat continues to try to market his "Roman Riding" act - horses galloping 25-30 mph in a small ring while riders stand and ride 8 horses abreast. Riders and horses often fall or suffer stress injuries. Kanat no longer has the support of Ringling's veterinarian services. Several complaints have been made to Animal control regarding horses that appear to need farrier services, shelter, appropriate feed. After Ringling, Mr. Tchalabaev contracted with the "Soul Circus" until legislation in numerous states banned the horse acts as well. If you enjoy equestrian shows, please attend the World Equestrian events in Ocala. It is time for Kanat's horses to retire and Mr. Tchalabaev to move on.

Very poor quality services and no Customer service focus. Now you are lucky if you can find a place to park and there is really no lobby; just a bar close to the door. Really poor design.

The idea for SigPro began when Whitney and Jason saw an opportunity to take their theatre organization to the next level. Whitney and Jason had both worked as actors, technicians, carpenters, and administrators all over the country in the 15 years prior. The pair had witnessed how many theatres were managed. Some of the methods they loved and ultimately stole, and others seemed archaic and not wholistically serving the artists. Armed with that experience they set out to create a space that not only created great art but also created an environment where people could thrive.
